Excellent

Pros: I loved it, for the price point it was amazing. It has everything you might need and so beautyful location

Cons: The kitchen does not fit the rest of the style and feels a bit cheap but it is a minor thing

Really enjoyed our stay, was sad to leave.

Pros: Amazing views, quiet area. Lovely bedrooms with good air conditioning.

Cons: Outside area could do with an upgrade, few damaged & broken tiles. Old plastic sunbeds, balcony chairs would be great to have cushions as very hard after a short while enjoying the view.

All in all a very good holiday had by all .

Pros: The location is amazing! The property has a little path leading directly onto the beach.

Cons: The steps into the pool were not very safe for adults. The winding stairs down to the pool were very narrow. The kitchen needs updating ( but has everything you need ).

Fantastic villa with a superb location

Pros: You can’t get a better location then this property it was fantastic with the beach in your back garden to shops a couple minute walk away. The property was clean and the staff who kept in contact during our stay were very helpful. As well as this we had fresh towels dropped off to us which was helpful and a nice touch.

Cons: The wifi connection in the villa unfortunately was quite poor downstairs and on the top floor only worked on the ground floor.

Great house close to the beach

Pros: Location, location, location! From the backyard there's a short trail (even possible for 4-year-olds) down to a beautiful quiet sandy beach. The kids loved playing there, even in the middle of winter. And speaking of winter, it did get cold at night, but the ACs in the living room and bedrooms kept us warm. Still, I'd recommend to bring warm socks when visiting in winter, as the insulation is typical Portugese. The house has everything you need for 7 people. Rental agency (Check-in Portugal) is very fast in answering any questions, I'd definitely recommend them.

Cons: These are not really negatives, just things to be aware of. Swimming pool cannot be heated, making it too cold to swim in the winter. Coffee machine is Delta, and they sell the coffee cups in all the shops, just never heard of it before. The check-in and deposit payment is all online beforehand, and once everything is done, and the house is ready, they send the door code by WhatsApp. Official check-in is rather late at 17:00 (as indicated on Booking), but we got access a bit before 16:00. And finally (not related to the house): never ever rent a car from Enterprise/Guerin/Alamo in Faro, they will rip you off.

Pros: Location was amazing. Garden and views spectacular. Access to beach and restaurants very good.

Cons: Be careful to keep doors closed as we had some mosquitoes in rooms.

Cons: The bedroom upstairs mattress was not very comfortable. You need to buy new pillows. The home is dated but I love the old door & the home. I would like to go back there & stay for 1 month

perfect location - sufficient accommodation

Pros: absolutely fantastic location - a little worn around the edges but perfect for what I needed it for - minute walk to an amazing beach bar and further up the hill a lovely restaurant and convenience store.
