Very good, relaxing, would stay again

Pros: Very clean, easy to deal with, answered all questions easy check in.great location

Cons: Sadly a bathroom broke before we arrived so was unable to use this facility which was abit inconvenient, however this did mean we could check in early which was helpful. Check out was 10am, however cleaners turned up early and asked last couple of guest to leave early at 9am

Pros: We had a fantastic family holiday here in Villa Miraflores. Beautiful traditional property, Villa Plus staff online were very responsive to queries. The location was perfect! Quite area but yet positioned in the centre of everything. Walking distance to Old Town and New Town Strip. Beach about 4 minutes walk down a hill. Little shops/restaurant with takeaway and Bar Azul directly across the road. Shopping centre about 15mins walk away. Mini golf and public playground 5 minutes away. The pool area and outside space were wonderful. This was regularly maintained during our stay. Inside, it was way bigger than expected.. Very clean. So secure as a property. Would happily return and highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing to dislike!!!🤩 I would recommend keybox at gate needs upgrading as it was an issue to open and lock on arrival and departure. Parasols are showing signs of age these may need updating. However, neither of these impacted on our fab stay.
