Pros: There is only positive feedback from room , staff , hotel ambience it is the full package for us the location was perfect we were looking for a weekend break to relax and Baia Grande was perfect .

Cons: There is no negativity and nothing we didn’t like .

Would recommend to anyone who prefers adult hotel away from the madding crowds!

Pros: We have been attending this hotel for functions and overnight stays for many years. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It was the first time for my sister and her husband and they were more than happy with everything. Breakfasts are excellent. A short walk takes you to Praia da Coelho beach where there is also an excellent restaurant.

Cons: Nada

Pros: Good service, friendly staff. Good breakfasts and live music every evening. We also booked dinner once, and the food was great - it was a Portuguese-style barbecue evening. Great location in a quiet suburban area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. Clean room, cleaned every day. Two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor - plus a sauna and hammam. Plenty of space to relax. Quiet atmosphere, it's a family hotel.

Cons: The hotel is a bit old, and the furniture is somewhat dated, but everything is clean and tidy. In our room, the wallpaper was mismatched - one part was yellow, the other white. It looked strange but didn’t bother me. The beds in our room were separated, it felt a bit unusual for us, but we knew about it when booking, so no complaints. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory in the indoor pool. I wish I had known this in advance - I would’ve brought my own. You can buy one at the reception for €5. The elevators are extremely slow.

Pros: I like how all the staff were so nice and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel didn’t feel too crowded. It was a peaceful and relaxing.

Cons: It would have been nice if there is atleast a kettle in the room as we usually want to have a cup of tea at bedtime. Also, there should be more options and varieties for breakfast.

Pros: The hotel facilities were excellent. Lovely design and decor. Pool is really good and staff were excellent.

Cons: It was close to beaches but they were a hike and climb away. Have to drive to the nearest accessible beach.

Pros: Clean rooms, beautiful hotel, close proximity to the beach and old town.

Good for a quiet holiday

Pros: Lovely grounds of the hotel. No rush for sun beds in the morning no need to reserve. Nice cocktails in pool bar.

Cons: Coffee machine in breakfast buffet needs to be changed. Hotel a bit out of the town no way to walk taxi only.

Beautiful hotel, well run

Pros: Such a lovely atmosphere in the hotel, not too big and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

First time visitor to Portugal

Pros: Staff at the friont desk were friendly and helpful. The bar staff were just as friendly!

Cons: It seemed like my towels were not changed daily as I thought. Which is fine but I didn't see a notice to conserve water and re-use towels. Other than this minor detail and the bed being more firm than my preference I enjoyed my time at this hotel
