Forte São João Villas da Praia

Lovely family holiday.

Pros: The location and the view are excellent. Distribution of the rooms two downstairs (pool level), one goundfloor (kitchen & living room level) and two masters upstairs, was perfect for our 2 families with children/teens.

Cons: There was nothing really to dislike. Just to say something would say overlooked by the neighbours, but didn’t bother us.

A really lovely villa in an ideal location.

Pros: The location was great. Lovely sea views and less than a minute's walk down the path to the beach. It's about a twenty minute walk to either the old town or the strip but very quick, cheap and easy to get an Uber.

Cons: There were a few things missing in the kitchen - tea towels, cloths, washing up liquid. We managed to find some tea towels in a drawer eventually but had to go out and buy the other things. We turned up to the hotel reception late at night and they didn't know about our booking. We had to hang around for half an hour before they could confirm that we'd booked and which villa it was (pretty stressful!).

Better than expected

Pros: The villa was better than we expected. Loads of room, amazing setting, private and quiet.

Cons: The walk from the hotel to the villa is not good. Needs a bit of work doing to it. WiFi code not provided (worked it out by ourselves) the kitchen leaked due to the torrential downpour which also blew the top floor electrics. We couldn’t get access to the laundry room.

We had a fantastic 10 days stay. we never wanted to leave.

Pros: Beautiful villa in a stunning location with lovely views. The pool was incredible. Daily housekeeping kept the villa feeling fresh and the maintenance man come daily to tend to the pool and ensure everything was as it should be.

Cons: there wasn't many shops close by to buy food. We had to get a taxi to the nearest supermarket a couple of times during our stay but this wasn't an issue.

Pros: the property was great. had lots of things to do. was clean and tidy. lots of beds. every room had an en-suite. beds were comfortable as well

Cons: location was good in terms of where the strip and the old town are. it’s also 5 mins walk from the beach. but where it’s located in the resort, you have to walk 10 minutes just to get back to the main road to go to the strip or the old town. there is no short cut

Gorgeous Villa and perfect for a family vacation.

Pros: It was spacious, had a beautiful view and was in a good location.

Cons: the downstairs bedrooms and kitchen were not as bright and airy as the rest of the house. However this did not take away from the stay in any way.

Pros: The property was absolutely perfect, great pool, great bedrooms, loads of space, location was both nice and secluded but also a short walk to facilities and busier areas.

Cons: I can honestly say there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Moradia em Albufeira, quase bom.

Pros: A localizacao é excepcional, mesmo sobre a falesia, perto da praia e com vistas magnificas. A privacidade é também excelente. A Limpeza é impecavel e o pessoal de limpeza é inexcedivel. O espaço, no geral é muito bom.

Cons: O serviço de recepçao é mau e a manutençao deficiente.. tivemos alguns problemas como por exemplo inexistencia de agua fria num dos lavatorios de uma casa de banho ( só tinha aguz quente) e a manutencao demorou 2 dias para substituir uma torneira. Os equipamentos da cozinha estao desactualizados e sao fracos, em nada compativel com o preço. Os 3 quartos dos pisos inferiores sao antiquados e também desadequadox ak preço. Quando chegamos um dos lugares de estacionamento reservados para esta casa estava ocupado pelo carro de um funcionario. Mesmo depois de pedir para o retirar estevd lá 2 dias. Estes pontos maus nao estao em linha com o preço cobrado.que é top.

Fijne vakantie

Pros: Ruim verblijf de kamers boven zeer netjes. Onder wat gedateerd.

Cons: Jammer dat we niet wisten dat we moesten doorgeven dat het zwembad voorverwarmd moest worden. Nu was het water erg koud

Heerlijke familievilla met uitzicht op zee

Pros: Ieder een eigen ruime slaapkamer en badkamer, prachtig uitzicht, rustige ligging en zo op het strand of in de binnenstad. Uiterst geschikt voor familievakantie. En heerlijk verwarmd zwembad met uitzicht op zee
