Spacious Villa, Great location

Pros: Excellent Location between the old town and new town. Spacious villa. Comfortable beds. A few supermarkets/restaurants a few mins walk away. Very close to beach and you can walk along the boardwalk on the beach all the way to the old town. Taxis to old town/new town approx €5. Air con was great and pool towels provided were an added bonus.

Pros: The outdoor area was lovely. Excellent pool. Although there could be some improvement made to the tiled area which was a little dangerous around the pool as tiles were broken. It was spacious clean and a nice quiet area.

Cons: The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows could be replaced. There was nowhere to put any of your toiletries in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked a variety of glasses for beer, wine or drinks like gin and tonic. The villa just needed a little updating.

A great stay in Portugal

Pros: Very clean , the location is midway between the old town, and the strip, which was ideal , even though the description says no off road parking , there is a driveway which you could get 2 cars on. Agent/owner very helpful.

Cons: It's a little bit dated, but that is reflected in the price .

Villa 300m trip

Pros: The location was perfect for our stay and we had everything we needed around us. The hostess was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The villa is very spacious -there were 7 adults and we had plenty of room. The pool is a great size for a good group of adults or family. The air-conditioning was a bonus on a couple of hot days as well. The units are in every room in the villa.

Cons: There was a broken chair and sun lounger, but this wasn't a problem as there were many more there to use. I forgot to mention this to the owner but I'm sure she would've changed them for us if required. A couple of the sinks had cracks in them, but again this caused no issue.

Great times in a great location

Pros: Great location in Albufeira, everything you need is close. The apartment has good privacy.

Pros: Excellent location in a quiet cul-de-sack between the old town and busy bar strip, far enough away for it not to disturb us at the property but close enough to walk. Great size bedrooms three with en-suite and one next to a ground floor bathroom. Lovely sun terrace and the luxury of having its own pool. A very short walk to a stunning beach with lovely bars and restaurants on tap. Sandra was a great host and helped us out on a couple of occasions.

Cons: Furniture a bit dated inside and needs more glassware, but no dislikes.

Pros: Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli par la propriétaire de la maison. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses avec une salle de bains pour chaque chambre. Nous étions à 5 minutes de la plage à pieds ce qui est très appréciable et la piscine privée l'était encore plus
