Great place to stay, for all ages!
Pros: We had an amazing time! The place is not very fancy but value for money it was all we could ask for. We loved the surrounding, beautiful green space, the beach just next to the resort is so pretty! The staff were super nice, the ladies at the spa especially, but what really made our stay extra fun were the entertainment team! My girls (8+11 yo) loved the activities and the dancing! We will absolutely want to come back soon!
Cons: The cleaning staff always came to our room between 14:00-15:00, the only time we wanted to rest in the room after lunch and before the afternoon activities…

Pros: This is a perfect resort for little children as there are various facilities such as a playground, water park, zip line. Kids club was a very happy place, and our children loved the teachers and activities there. Beautiful nature in the middle of a pine forest, incredible views from the cliffs with stunning sunsets. We are very grateful for an early check-in and late checkout without extra fees. Food was simple but very fresh with loads of meat, fish and chicken options. We didn't gain any extra weight after a week here which shows the quality of ingredients.
Cons: Some parts of the resort, mostly SPA and the main restaurant were a little tired but perhaps it was due to the end of the season. Only a minor negative point though.

Ideal escape for couples looking for some little ‘us’ time giving options to be involved or sit back and relax.
Pros: We liked how isolated the resort was, we was looking for an ‘Escape’ where we didn’t actually really want to leave the resort. We really liked how large the resort was, offering lots of options to be involved or far enough away to feel peacefully alone. The aqua fitness and dance classes were a favourite of ours. There was also great allergen info at the restaurants including alternative milks etc. The beach was fab, we loved beach strolls and cliff walks.
Cons: Honestly we didn’t have any, if I had to be slightly picky I would say it would of been nice to have more Portuguese food options available or flavoured meats dishes like a tagline etc instead of plain cooked chicken. There was also lots of fish with bones, a little hazardous in my opinion.

Pros: The hotel had great daily activities and the best staff we have seen. The whole entertainment team was amazing and special thank you to Ibo, Jessica and Eduardo who made the stay many times better than we were expecting! Their daily games kept us hooked and busy from morning to afternoon. You could definitely just stay in the hotel for a week and not have to leave at all. The dance shows the team put up in the theater were also great and entertaining. And of course we also want to thank the boys, Alex and Iram, from the bar desk who made the most delicious drinks and kept the mood up even when it was crowded. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely come back regularly, see you guys next time!

Pros: The staff were really helpful, and the beach was beautiful. The pools were good, and the waterpark was great fun. The food selection was good and we found something the whole family enjoyed at every meal - particularly breakfast.
Cons: The shuttle could have been available earlier on our day of departure, carrying suitcases on my own with two children, hold luggage etc, was difficult. The spa was locked each time we tried to book.

Really relaxing and good holiday
Pros: Very beautiful nature in the hotel area, nice drinks and tasty food, amazing animation team, they are really fun and also professional dancers. Sea is nearby, transport is organized by hotel to go to visit nearby cities which is 2€ two ways.
Cons: Happy with everything
