We had an amazing stay in Vilamoura.

Pros: The professionalism and incredibly friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is stunning, with comfy beds and spacious rooms. We loved the wide breakfast options and appreciated the staff going above and beyond, like putting the football on the big screen. Small thoughtful touches—fresh fruits, water, wine, sweet treats in the room, and an evening visit from a gentleman offering extra towels and dropping off delicious chocolates—surpassed our expectations. Traveling with our 4-year-old, who is always hungry, these gestures meant a lot. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy fresh air once the little one was asleep. The exceptional service at this hotel is truly unmatched, and we will always choose Tivoli when visiting Vilamoura. The kids' gift bag was a lovely surprise; we even carried the coloring book everywhere to avoid tantrums at dinner. It’s a place that truly cares about making your stay special.

Cons: We wish we had stayed longer. While everything was generally pleasant, there were a couple of issues: the lifts broke down on our last evening, but we were offered an alternative lift. Additionally, the carpet in the room was a bit hard, and when our little one fell off the bed—which was his own playful fault—he scraped his forehead on the hard surface, leaving a graze. Despite these minor hiccups, we would still consider staying at the hotel in the future. We will also ensure that our mischievous boy doesn't jump on the bed again.
