Pine Cliffs

Pros: The resort was well kept and staff were friendly and helpful. The pool areas were spotless. The accommodation was clean and spacious.

Cons: Need more sunbeds at the beach. Our accommodation needs to be updated. There were numerous cracked tiles in the bath area and the sink didn't always drain properly. We have been to Pine Cliffs several times and this was the worst accomodation we have had. It was below what I expected for 5*. The TV lost signal most evenings as did WiFi.

Great resort; needs experienced, polished staff.

Pros: The resort is really good with a lot of things to do.

Cons: Beach, pool and shuttle staff were mostly junior and clearly overwhelmed/hangover/tired, which led to disappointing service in such an otherwise great place. Some confusion was done during payment with double charges.

Beautiful views.

Pros: The resort was beautiful. Beach, pools, golf. Lots to do. Unit was well stocked and very clean. Check in was easy and friendly. A few things within walking distance, restaurants and grocery. And plenty more within driving distance. Free parking was appreciated.

Cons: I think being the cold season,( to cold to swim in the many pools, ) that the price was a bit high. And the bathrooms had no fans, or none that worked anyway. This made them wet. Floors, counters, everything was always wet. The on suite bathroom in the primary bedroom made the bedroom itself damp. And being the rainy season it was impossible for anything to dry out without proper fans/ventilation.

Pros: Staff couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. The facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Cons: Golf course wasn't in as good condition as on previous visits at same time of year. Restaurants and golf club house are very expensive.
