February Family Holiday

Pros: We went for February half term with children. It was quiet and it was very easy to relax there. At the same time, there were activities in kids club and the shuffle bus was a great service. Maria from the kids club was amazing and our children loved spending time there. The bus shaffle was on time, quick and comfy and we were able to have some really nice trips thanks to it. The buffet can be busy but the food stations are distrubuted in a way that there is not much waiting to grab your choices. The food was nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. We had a lovely time.

Cons: For the price we paid, there is nothing to complain about. The only thing is that the sofabed is OK for kids to sleep on but maybe not the best comfort for an adult but this is a small detail.

Pros: Whole stay was top notch from check-in onwards. Friendly staff, great room with huge balcony, comfortable beds and super kitchen facilities. Kids loved it and the staff even left a card and buns in the room on my daughter's birthday.

Cons: Local beach is 15mins walk away, Albufeira and Villamoura would need a car or taxi however the hotel does provide a shuttle bus to the old town in Albufeira.

Lovely, relaxing stay, I’ll be back!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, lobby, bar areas and restaurant very stylish. The place was clean, even the toilet blocks smelled good! The two pools and surroundings looked lovely. We really enjoyed the food and drinks on the AI option. The rooms were large, beds comfortable and attention to detail was good eg reading lights, plugs with usb points. I was surprised by the high standard overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The property is not situated near the town/‘action’ so to speak. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, but shuttle buses were free to the old town, the shopping mall and a local small fishing village.
