Very nice stay in a high-end golfer hotel with all necessary amenities.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Victoria Golf Resort. The entire property is beautifully maintained, elegant, and feels truly high-end without being pretentious. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere is calm and refined. Even on a rainy day, the hotel offered a complete and relaxing experience. The house bar provided excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and attentive staff, making it easy to enjoy the evening without leaving the resort. All facilities are well organized, and the team is professional and welcoming throughout. Very family and kids friendly. A great choice for golfers and for anyone looking for a quiet, well-managed resort with quality service. We would happily return.

Beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Pros: Such a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were exceptional.

Cons: It was 1st January so of course the hotel was very quiet. The restaurant choice was reduced for this reason.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Breakfast and restaurants both serve quality food and all the staff we encountered were superb.

Cons: The room service charge that was presented to me for asking for extra English tea and some ice. Just to put it into context, there was breakfast tea bag between both of us a day, which is frankly ridiculous. When I queried the charge I was told it was a decision made by the management. The management are obviously stupid, and have no grip on reality. No other top class hotel I have ever stayed at has ever charged for bringing basics to the room.

Pros: the hotel is an excellent 5 star place. Very clean and sophisticated. The price i paid i expected less however was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and excellent it was.

Cons: getting to the different restaurants was a bit tricky

I had the most relaxing experience there and the staff were lovely.

Pros: Very relaxing hotel, fabulous pools and lots of places to sit and relax. Food nice but thought it would be better for a five star. Staff also not very knowledgeable about allergens.

Cons: I thought the food would be better. Breakfast was really nice.
