Staff were very helpful and polite, easy to check in, and room cleaned every day

Pros: Location is great . 5 minute to walk to beach or 10 to old town . Close to shops . We stayed in room 310 with a lovely sea view

Pros: The view from every angle of this property is amazing. Also the color of the sea matches perfectly with the color of the inside of the hotel, giving very relaxing vibes. The staff is very nice, willing to help every time you need.

Cons: The only thing why I didn’t give it a 10 is because breakfast hasn’t got much choice. I would have loved some bacon, eggs… something different from bread, jam and cereals. But absolutely recommend this place!

Pros: I think this hotel is absolutely underrated by other guests. This hotel deserves much better rating. Absolutely everything was described, and Several guests thought they would get all-inclusive service for low price. I am delighted with everything and everyone.

Beautiful stay!

Pros: The location of this hotel is stunning! The terrace and bar area offers an incredible view of the city and the ocean! The breakfast was not overly rich and there could have been few more options but this was expected considering the price we paid. The location of the hotel requires quite a lot of walking up and down the streets from the main city centre, which was fine for us. Our room was basic but more than enough to fulfil basic needs; we had no issues and the place was clean. Such a good value for money! Overall, we loved our stay here and had no problems at all!

Amazing!

Pros: Perfect location in the city center close to everything. Spotless clean room. Nice staff at the reception. Great breakfast! The pool is just amazing! Huge balcony with great view to Albufeira. I could not be more satisfied with this hotel! I highly recommend it!.

Pros: Nice and very kind staff, rooms are very clean, nice swimming pool, it's not a hotel for 3000£, so can't ask more, very good value for the money and it's nice and quiet area, 5 minutes walk to the centre, 2 minutes walk to the nearest pub and cafe, nice and quiet nights, we have been as a couple, thank you guys, we left this hotel happy and very satisfied

Recommend place to stay.

Pros: I recently visited this hotel, and it left a very poor impression. The building is old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and tear everywhere. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and the rooms felt dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the hotel had a shabby and uninviting atmosphere. I decided not to stay there.

Cons: The hotel could benefit from a larger reception area, with two computers and a bigger desk. It's clear that the large reception area but limited workspace slows down and complicates the check-in process, despite the friendliness of the staff. Additionally, the rooms would benefit from regular technical inspections and minor repairs if needed.
