Villa Cristipaulo

A wonderful base to explore the area from. A real home from home!

Pros: The location couldn’t be better. The house has everything you could possibly need — spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable, and truly a home from home. Christina and Fiona met us on arrival and gave us the warmest welcome, complete with a thoughtful selection of supplies to help us settle in… including a great bottle of red wine 🍷 — a lovely touch after travelling. There’s an excellent choice of local restaurants all within easy walking distance, and the beach is literally just 50 metres away. At low tide, you can walk the full length of the lagoon, which is simply stunning. Parking is easy and conveniently located right next to the house. We would wholeheartedly recommend this house as a perfect base from which to explore the area — we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Pros: This is a lovely place which is superbly located and hosted by a very welcoming and kind pair. We were greeted with plenty of information, some provisions and were shown a shortcut to the nearby beach, of which we took immediate advantage. The setting is picturesque with an outdoor area to sit with a pleasant view, and a short walk to nearby bars, restaurants and small local shop. It was very easy to get to the nearby ferry stop to travel into Faro itself, which is very reasonable too. I would happily recommend this spacious and charming place to all, and we are most grateful to our kind hosts, Cristina and Fiona for our happy stay. Thank you so much, muito obrigado!

Perfect home in a beautiful location.

Pros: We have just returned from the most relaxing week staying at Villa Cristipaulo, Fiona and Cristina could not have been better hosts, with a wonderful personal welcome & package when we arrived. The home has everything you could need for your holiday, exceptionally equipped, in the most perfect location. We arrived early and were able to check in and they also kindly allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours after check out, as we were flying later in the day. We would highly recommend and can not wait to return.

Cons: No air-conditioning but there was a fan provided.

Pros: Villa Cristipaulo is a little, immaculate gem. A lot of thought has been given to the lay-out, decor and furnishings, all of which contribute to it´s being very comfortable. The location is great, being on the lagoon side means there is less wind. And it has it´s own private parking which is invaluable during the summer months. You could not find better hosts that Cristina and Fiona, who even left us wine, beer and other goodies.

Onnistunut loma hyvin varustellussa ja siistissä huvilassa upealla paikalla

Pros: Hyvin varusteltu ja todella siisti huvila. Christina ja Fiona olivat todella ystävällisiä ja valmiita auttamaan kaikessa majoitukseen liittyen. Vaikka sää oli viileä niin huvilassa oli lämmintä ilmalämpöpumppujen ansiosta

Pros: Christina und Fiona haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns grosszügig verschiedene Leckerbissen bereitgestellt. Vielen herzlichen Dank!. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet und liegt an einem wundervollen Teil der Algarve. Gerne kommen wir zurück.

Pros: Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Christina und Fiona begrüsst. Die Wohnung, die Ausstattung und der Blick auf die Lagune einfach nur super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons: Am Anfang hat uns der Fluglärm sehr gestört, mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich dran. Auch der Autoverkehr( aufheulende Motoren) vor allem Nachts ist nervend.

Pros: Tolle Lage am Achterwasser. Nur kurzer Weg zum Strand.
