Pros: I enjoyed all break fast plenty and off excellent standard it was xmas newyear and bucks fizz was on tap at breakfast the staff were very good .room was spotless . Rained few days but took advantage off indoor pool and spa restaurants and bars at doors would revisite

The most pleasant stay for my birthday

Pros: The room was quite big, spacious, modern facilities, located to the town, the beach and local shops were just a walk from the hotel.

Cons: Just some minor noise sometimes at night

Pleasant stay, friendly staff .

Pros: Location is great. But I would say in the summer it’s a little too close to the action. 🎤🎶🎸

Cons: The shower leaks.. they are not sealed properly. They are more like wet rooms so not really designed well.

Cons: Nothing. Location was perfect. Food was first class! Staff very helpful. Outdoor pool was under construction but the weather was bad so didn't matter. And the indoor pool was first class perfect

Pros: Staff are nice and they valued the customer. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary they surprised us with Champagne, cake and letter for congratulation on our 25th anniversary. Very touching. The Manager from Napalist was nice and very professional. Thank you.

Very good hotel

Pros: Very central position, comfy and modern, kind staff, surprised by a special treat after check-in. TV with different English channels.

Cons: Our room did not have a wardrobe and I could not find the hairdryer. I suppose we got this room as we did not stay long.

Nice, centrally located hotel with good breakfast

Pros: Very good breakfast. The location is very central, which could be a problem if staying during high season and looking for some quiet during the night. We stayed in December, and noise was not a problem at all.

Cons: When I reported a problem with the room, the guy at the reception tried to tell me it was my fault. The woman that took his place at the reception desk later on took good care of my issue, however.
