Lovely villa and location, would go again

Pros: Great location, close to town, beach and marina. Villa was clean, comfortable and perfect for families.

Cons: Neighbours were very noisy in early hours of the morning - every morning!

Fantastic family holiday home

Pros: Loved everything about the house. Fantastic location, about 10 walk from old town and the beach, plenty of space. Private pool, pool table and tennis table kept us all entertained during the day. Supermarket 5 min walk for essentials. Great communication with Suzanna who answered any queries quickly.

Value for Money

Pros: The property had everything to make it feel homely but also enjoyable, there was always something to do ranging from going in the pool, playing table tennis, pool and also relax on the sun loungers on the balcony / poolside

Recommend, good quiet location with wonderful view

Pros: For those who want a good place to stay in Abufeira, Villa Malu can definitely be recommended. The terrace of the house offers a wonderful view of the Marina and the ocean. There is also a pool for swimming and sunbathing in the rather large yard. The pool is not heated, so be aware that the water is cold in the winter. The house is in quite good condition and clean. The photos are realistic. The house certainly has a good location, as it is within walking distance of the old town and the beach. You can walk there along the promenade or through the old town. True, the house is located a bit on the hill, so some people should take that into account.

Cons: Nothing very negative caught my eye. The guests should take into account the fact that the house does not have basic things such as salt, black pepper, toilet paper, cooking oil, dishwashing detergent, etc. All such things have to be taken care of by the guests themselves.

Perfect vakantieverblijf voor het gezin.

Pros: De locatie was prima. We kennen dit deel van Albufeira nog uit het verleden en wisten er nog goed de weg te vinden. De faciliteiten van de villa waren ook prima en de villa was goed onderhouden. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Alle ruimtes voldeden ruim voldoende aan onze verwachtingen. Zwembad, pooltafel, tafeltennistafel en barbecue waren aanwezig volgens de beschrijving en daar werd dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Het was een perfecte locatie voor een gezinsvakantie.

Cons: Het comfort van de matrassen viel een beetje tegen. Sommige voelden wat hard aan en in de master bedroom was de matras voorzien van stalen veren die merkbaar en voelbaar aanwezig waren. De huurprijs in ogenschouw genomen had dit wel beter gekund door bijvoorbeeld pocketveringmatrassen, of matrassen met memoryfoam te faciliteren. Verder konden we geen gebruik maken van de eigen parkeerplaatsen op het terrein. De hellingshoek vanaf de straatzijde bleek te steil te zijn. Bij het inrijden schraapte de uitlaat en de bodem van de auto over de stenen vloer.
