Great view and nice place

Pros: The staff was super friendly and nice, the breakfast was decent for a buffet, the location is a bit up the hill but everything is in Albufeira. The view was spectacular!

Pros: One staff member in perticuluar, was super helpful and made our stay very enjoyable, I even bought him a pint to say thanks

Cons: The hills, up and down to old town, no food available in the hotel after breakfast, not a suitable location for me as I suffered a stroke 3 years ago and not able for hilly areas

I wasn't in the hotel most of the time as I just used it for shower and sleep.

Pros: I only chose this hotel as it was close to the beaches, the marina and the old town as although it's 10 minutes of hillwalking to them but I will not complain as it helps to get my steps especially after a few pints 😂 24 hour reception and staff are visible if there is a problem. They were kind enough to look after my luggage after checking out because I had several hours to see Albufeira once more before my airport transfer collected me. If you require a taxi they are happy to call one for you.

Cons: No cause to dislike for me.

Pros: The room 204 was a good size, with a garden and access to the swimming pool. Breakfast was nice and the staff were nice and accommodating.

Cons: The doors were loud when closing, even when you are inside the room you can hear other people closing the room. The location being at the top of the hill but nothing they can do about that.

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location (10 minut walk to the city centre), the view was stunning. Parking space was included, the room was spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpfull.

Cons: We would love an AC. The nights were breezy so we would leave our windows open to cool down, which was perfect but then we would wake up beacause of the noise outside. The breakfast was ok, we would like more option. And we were missing the drying rack. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Good location and friendly staff

Pros: Loved the location and the staff. Quiet at night and no traffic. Close to the beach and old town. Staff gave us great recomandations about the area and helped organize car rental and parking. Breakfast was decent. Had a great view with a little garden outside our room which was amazing.

Cons: The room did not have AC so it got quite hot during the day. We had a fan that we turned on the entire time to keep ourselves somewhat comfortable. Also the parking space outside is beeing used by many others in town who are not staying there, making it hard to get a parking spot in the evenings. The staff let us use their parking one night though when it was full, which was very kind of them.
