Would definitely stay again! Great location!

Pros: We booked this property really last minute due to another villa letting us down & we couldn’t have picked better!! We were nervous that we wouldn’t like it as much as our other villa but we luckily did! Perfect for a family of 8 (with 2 children) lovely open plan living & kitchen area and was equipped with everything you needed. It was on a lovely quiet row of villas (with little passes by). Short walk to the marina with plenty of bars & restaurants and a nice 15minute walk into Albuferia old town. I would definitely recommend to friends and family & will be returning!

Cons: The room within the basement didn’t have air con (due to it apparently being cooler down there) however this wasn’t the case, so that unfortunately did let the stay down a little & the only other thing was we messaged the property regarding a leak that was dripping (keeping us awake throughout the night) and this was never seen to. We also informed them that the door in the basement wouldn’t lock (no key to be found) to which they said they would find the key so it could be locked but this was never done. Luckily it felt safe enough, but someone could have easily let themselves in due to the back door not locking (not sure many people would be happy with that)
