Cons: If I had to find one negative point, it’s the lack of furniture on the balcony

Pros: The guest services manager - A lovely lady ( apologies but forgot her name ) was an absolute delight . She was seen everywhere and always when she could if everything was going well and if we needed anything. What an amazing asset to have her. Kids clubs staff was very supportive and kids loved being there:) Reception staff were all brilliant and made us feel welcome. All around 10/10 ! Housekeeping too . We will be back

Pros: Great staff, wonderful and peaceful surroundings, excellent beds, good food! Excellent view from room 1321.

Cons: I would prefer not to have music playing everywhere; let me eat and rest in peace, please. I also would prefer none of the perfumes used in towels, soaps, cleaning liquids, etc.; let me breathe fresh air, please.

Pros: Everything is more than perfect. Staff were great. Food was fantastic. Overall experience 10 out of 10. Recommended for families.

If you have the opportunity to spoil yourself, this is the place to do it.

Very peaceful, comfortable and quiet with beautiful views

Pros: Very peaceful and comfortable and quiet. Food was good quality. Excellent cocktails. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Spacious room with great facilities and very clean.

Cons: We had a long wait one day at breakfast. It was a shame one of the restaurants were closed when we were there but we understand it only opens on the weekend when it is busier. Sometimes responses to our requests at reception were slow but staff were very friendly and helpful overall.

Very Comfortable hotel, excellent service throughout if you play golf bring lots of balls!

Pros: Dunner options somewhat limited and incomplete wine list. Breakfast excellent and service in the restaurant and food quality vey good

Cons: A degree in electrical engineering would be useful to understand how the light switches in the room and bathroom worked

Peaceful retreat in luxury surroundings, highly recommended.

Pros: We were given a room upgrade due to a mix-up and as such can't rate the room that we should have had, but the upgraded room was really nice, well equipped, quiet, well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was served in one of the restaurants and offered a good range of fresh options with seating both inside and out. The hotel facilities that we used were all good, including the pool, poolside bar and main restaurant, with large grounds and seating. From initial arrival in reception, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed and remained that way for the duration of our stay.

Cons: Due to the layout of the hotel, it was quite a distance between our apartment and the car park, and was mostly uphill, although I believe that buggy transport was available. The location of the hotel up on a hillside is quite exposed and on a couple of days was quite windy, to the point that eating breakfast outside was impossible, but on the other hand the remote location guaranteed peace and quiet.
