Nice hotel in a very handy location, with great facilities and very friendly and efficient staff.

Pros: Staff were excellent throughout - positive and enthusiastic, as well as efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely appeared to be enjoying their work. Great service!

Cons: Unfortunately, there wer refurbishments in progress during our stay, so we didn't have access to the main restaurant. Noise was a problem too as the weather was poor so we had to be inside more than normal.

Very Satisfactory

Pros: Breakfast was excellent - good choice. Room was lovely with a good size balcony and furniture. On this occassion we didnt use the pool

Cons: The lower level showers rooms, the head to the showers were very high and need desperately de-scaling, water covered the whole area as spurted out everywhere. My room was on the 3rd floor and I had to walk through the bar to get to my room with my luggage.

Pros: I loved the hotel I loved the staff and the good etc. great ambience My only complaint was that I booked through Booking.Com Overcharged massively to the hotel price First and last time I will use Booking.Com Go directly Hotel is lovely Booking.Com charged more than the hotel rates over 14 days!

Great hotel!

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Lovely pool area so relaxing. The staff make this hotel. The food was great breakfast lunch and dinner were 1st class. The service from everyone was amazing.

Perfect only thing wrong we couldn't stay longer than 4 days

Relaxing time in a very classy hotel.

Pros: The hotel is fabulous. The staff are absolutely wonderful - without exception.

Cons: The room was really good but we were slightly disappointed that it was on the side of the hotel with no real view. The staff tried to re-organize for us but in the end we decided to stay put because of the quality of the room. Always best to check your room's location if possible before traveling.
