3HB Falesia Beach

The room was even better than I expected!

Pros: The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The bed was large and comfortable, and the towels were soft. I especially loved the Molton Brown shampoo and shower gel — the scent was amazing. I only booked three nights before heading to Seville, but honestly, I wish I had stayed longer by the sea.

Pros: Spa, dinner, room, cleanliness, proximity to the beautiful beach.

Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was large with a kitchen with a fridge where water and soft drinks were replenished daily. The room was cleaned every day. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and shower was powerful. Staff were so lovely, friendly and very efficient. The pool facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious as was the dinner we had in the a la carte restaurant on site. It is right beside Falesia beach which is spectacular I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. Fantastic

Pros: The whole stay was so incredible, we enjoyed every minute and hope we'll be able to come back. The staff is super friendly and pays attention to details, the communication was easy and fast and also available via whatsapp. We had breakfast and dinner included and the quality of the food was incredible, delicious & nutritious with the most beautiful view opportunities from the restaurants. The hotel is very family friendly and our toddler enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The gym is brand new and has a very good choice of machines also allowing a sweet view during your workouts. The private entrance to the beach is great and opens the floor to a magnificent landscape and very nice beach. Overall we are super happy to have been able to enjoy our holidays here – thank you!

Pleasant stay in a modern and clean hotel

Pros: Modern interior with a beautiful view, plenty of sunbeds and short distance to the beach. The employees were super friendly and the location is amazing. Plenty of parking slots around the area and private parking in front of the hotel rooms too.

Cons: The variation of the breakfast, it was the same during the whole stay. Falesia Beach and Falesia Garden shares the same area therefore it can be crowded sometimes and lower the 5* experience

If the spa is fixed, I would return, not otherwise

Pros: Food was great, pool was very clean and so were the rooms. Gym was well equipped. The view is breathtaking. The staff is very helpful too.

Cons: SPA!!!! Such a bummer. Was so looking forward to it. The spa is built beautifully but is hardly functional. Both sauna and steam rooms were not hot enough. I informed the staff but it remained the same during the stay. And the massages haven’t started yet.

A hidden gem for families with a stunning beach at its doorstep

Pros: Excellent location with direct access to a gorgeous beach. The suites were beautiful and spacious and the food was very good value with a thoughtful menu that catered for both adult and teens at the cafe. The staff were exceptional. Friendly and exceptionally helpful especially Alejandro in reception.

Cons: The basketball court could have some nets on the hoops (the only complaint from my teen son) and the pool area could sometimes feel overcrowded at certain times of the day.

Pros: The apartment is new and tastefully decorated, featuring a small dining area and countertop. However, it lacks kitchen utensils and cooking facilities—there’s no stovetop or oven, only a microwave. Breakfast is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The place is ideal for families with children.There’s direct access to the beach via stairs, which is a great perk. The dinner buffet offers good food and a decent variety.

Cons: The 3HB Falésia Beach hotel shares its location with the 3HB Falésia Garden, which diminishes the five-star hotel experience. All common areas—pools, bars, and restaurants—are shared between the two, making it feel less exclusive. The only real distinction is that breakfast for Falésia Beach guests is served at The View restaurant. Dinner service can be chaotic on certain days. The Falésia restaurant, which hosts dinner for both hotels, has poor acoustics in its indoor dining room. Table availability, drink service, and payment processing are often slow and disorganized.
