Fantastic Location and Price

Pros: Couldn't be better located with the bus terminal, marina, etc nearby and bars/restaurants on the same street. Central but quiet location. Room was clean, fantastic value for money and the building characterful. Host very helpful.

Cons: The room was clean, though the walls and ceiling tiles have a few marks. Not a major issue though, it wouldn't put me off staying again.

Great location, great value for money

Pros: great location, clean room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, coffee and a kettle was very nice to have. Great value for money.

Cons: The beds are not the greatest, but for 1-3 nights, we definitely managed:)

Great property, centrally located and well maintained

Pros: Good clean and very centrally located property. Large property with a big courtyard and places to sit outside.

Cons: There was very little to not like, the only thing concerning was the kitchen. May be kitchen could be better managed for such a big property. Probably have more cookwares.

Excellent choice, kind staff and comfy bed in the heart of Faro town.

Pros: Filipe’s suggestions for the town were the best! Staff members of the property were the kindest. The room was pretty basic but this is what you really need for a few days. Location super convenient. An excellent family friendly option.

Cons: I couldn’t manage to make the blinds to completely block the light.

Very good value for money and would definitely stay here again if we revisit Faro

Pros: Communication with the host Filipe over arranging to meet us to collect the key and who was very friendly Shower with shower gel and shampoo provided; plus hand soap, towels , hairdryer, kettle and coffee in room WiFi , TV shared kitchen and outside tables and chairs for a drink or something to eat Location was excellent My husband liked the “tech front door opening “ with either a swipe of the phone or a combination code ; which I hadn’t used this system before , so we rang the front door bell to gain entry the first time ; until Filipe explained it to me!…lol Very good value for money

Cons: Not much storage space for clothes etc ; but we were only there 2 nights but may be a bit limiting if you were staying a week or 2 Our double room was on the small side but adequate ; but there are much larger rooms to accommodate more guests per room if desired. There are stairs up to the rooms on the first floor; so may be difficult for people with mobility issues ; but then Faro is a beautiful old city full of cobbled and mosaic streets ; so would be a difficult city to walk around with any mobility issues anyway

Central location for a city break

Pros: Very central location.lovely historic building with nice communal sitting area. The room was spacious and we were happy to have water, coffee and kettle provided.

Pros: Communication great, room as discribed. Very central location.great communial space Perfect for a budget option, would book again. Also water kettle in the room.

Cons: Nothing.

Good for a short stay in Faro

Pros: Great central location, excellent value for money.

Pros: Everything was alright, our room was quite small but it's okay for one night stay.

Pros: I think I was the only guest when I stayed (in December) so I probably didn't have the normal experience, but it is a perfectly great place to stay, very central and very well maintained and clean. It would be very different in the summer I imagine (in a good way).
