Villa Marrachinho

A wonderful few days

Pros: Extremely clean when we arrived. All facilities we needed. A thoughtful touch to provide some milk. The pool was lovely and lots of places to relax and enjoy the sea view

Cons: It’s quite far from shops but if you don’t have a car , Ubers were very reliable and cheap. Avoid the Albufiera strip!

Wonderful relaxing vacation.

Pros: Its an exceptional Villa with outstanding views over the Marina and the sea beyond. It is very peaceful .The Villa itself was spotless and the host provided nice touches of complimentary tea & Coffee Items and a Bottle of wine. The Kitchen as all the utillities you need .There are three different seating areas, with a rear garden and a roof terrace as well as the pool terrace. The last two are south facing so you get the sun from dawn to dusk The Interior itself is not overly large but then when you send 80% of the time outside it is large enough. It is a five minute drive from the Marina with its wide selection of restaurants and ten minutes from the Old Town. The outside gardens are also beautiful and overall I can't fault it. The host was very easy to communicate with and I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone.

Cons: It didn't concern us but it is up a fairly steep hill hence the views. We had a car but walking anywhere would be difficult but apparently the Bolt ride app finds it without any problem

Pros: Amazing villa far from the touristic noise, yet very close to the beach, shops, everything. With a pool that our kids loved and a terrace for amazing views, and another terrace to have breakfast and dinner. The owner was very communicative, and all instructions were clear.

Cons: Just a small tip, to have at least handsoap in the bathroom :)

An awesome hilltop villa overlooking Old Town Albufeira

Pros: We found it impossible to fault the place, which is a little slice of paradise in the Algarve, in a very convenient location. The view from both the pool area and top roof terrace are stunning to say the least. We did not struggle getting Bolts to and from the villa at all, the only thing to note is the surrounding walks may be challenging for some, however this is in keeping with the rest of the Portuguese landscape in general! The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay with extra welcoming touches which were very appreciated! The host Mónica was incredible and catered to all of our needs and is a pleasure to communicate with. We’d 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay on the quieter side of Albufeira and would definitely stay again

Pros: The grounds were beautiful and views were spectacular. Very clean and comfortable with great facilities. Enjoyed having 2 separate bathrooms as we were 2 couples. Outside space is very nice, great bbq and pool area with a beautiful roof terrace. Liked that we could interact through WhatsApp with the host directly if any issues occurred. Would definitely be staying here again and be recommending to family and friends.

Cons: Could have had more storage space in the main bedroom, and a mirror in each room including a full length mirror. Sun loungers could do with updating if being really picky.

Well located with brilliant facilities.

Pros: The pool and sun terraces were brilliant. Exceptional views. Location was great, very quiet.

Cons: No full length mirror. Uber drivers did not know where the property was, they were always on the wrong road and we had to walk to the end of the road.

Pros: This was a great holiday villa, lovely views and the place was spotless. We had a great holiday here and would definitely come back ☺️

Pros: The house is fantastic, well equipped with everything needed and very clean. It's about a 5 minute drive from Albufeira and the Marina. The pool area is lovely and there is sunny or shady areas for sitting all round the house. It's nice and quiet at night. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa in a quiet location, highly recommend

Pros: Well equipped and very clean villa with lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher with tablets provided for both aswell as milk, water, tea, coffee and biscuits all waiting for us when we arrived at 10pm which was amazing!

Cons: Very minor things to improve the villa would be a full length mirror, some more storage in the main bedroom and some hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels.

Relaxing, private, beautiful gardens, beautiful people just what was needed.

Pros: This villa is a beautiful well maintained villa, gardens, and pool. The roof terrace is fantastic, it’s extremely private. Monica has made sure that you want for nothing, you even get a mid week clean from Sandra the cleaner. This lady works so hard to make sure everything is clean and tidy for a perfect stay. Where the Villa is placed is outside the marina which was great for us as it was peaceful. I would recommend using Bolt for a taxi to the Marina or the old town, these cost €3.75. Absolutely worth every Penny ideal for a small family of 4. We shall return.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
