Excellent value, close to old city, clean & comfortable

Pros: Excellent location near old city. Quiet neighbourhood Free coffee / tea, + pay for item mini-bar for snacks

Cons: Shower was inside bedroom with no working fan extractor so room smelled “musty” when you first enter, but quickly clears when street window opened.

Comfortable clean and central

Pros: Clean and fresh everywhere, very good location for the old town and all it offers

Cons: A chair in the bedroom would be useful. No Tv was not an issue for me but may be for some

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Bright airy room. Great central, but also quiet, location. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable staff (Candida). Early check- in facilitated was much appreciated.

Very nice accommodation within walking distance to the main centre

Pros: Well refurbished comfortable room with en suite facilities. External soundproofing was very good as all of Faro is under the flight path of Faro Airport and this room was one of the best I have experienced for soundproofing. Nice shower. Room and building spotlessly clean. Free coffee and tea. Kitchen and utensils were cleaned daily. The accomodation is closer to local restaurants than the main tourist ones and these were very good and reasonably priced - note as this was the \

Cons: The kitchen is really just a very good coffee dock with a small fridge, a coffee machine and kettle. However, many local restaurants were available for breakfasts, lunch and dinner.

Pros: The location of the guesthouse is excellent! You're right at the old city straight after walking out of the door. Close to bus stops heading to the airport or local buses, small mini markets everywhere, bigger supermarket 10 minutes walk. Excellent cafe with great view literally 3 minutes walk, everywhere close! The room itself was perfect! Comfy bed, great shower with shower gel and shampoo, room was clean, smelled fresh and had nice feel to it. Would stay here again. The only thing I missed in the room were glasses to drink out of.

Pros: The room was so clean, the beds were comfy & rooms spacious. The AC was great and quiet for night time, bathroom was clean and the shower was great! Loved the honesty bar & the communal area!

Nice staff, clean room and good location

Pros: The room is very clean. The hotel is very nicely located near the center of old Faro town, very close to the beach or the ferry port. Everything is within walking distance. And the staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful.

Cons: the sound isolation in the building is a bit off, since it's an old building
