Wonderful as ever

Pros: Our third time here. Very good location and very peaceful. Theres few chickens and rooster somewhere besides which gives you countryside vibe tho you are in the middle of town.

Pleasant stay in Faro

Pros: Excellent location, close to old town, marina and a number of restaurants. We stayed in the Helena which was a good size, well furnished and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Situated in a lovely old building with character. Nice room terrace for breakfast in good weather.

Cons: The breakfast was good but limited choice, a little more variety would be nice. Provision of mats for coffee cups/glasses would be useful to avoid any damage which is a major concern for the property.

A very nice evening in Faro

Pros: We only spent one night in Faro, but this was just perfect. Nice and silent room, ideally situated close to the old city, and the staff was really helpful with all our questions and needs. Very nice breakfast on the roof, we immediately felt this was holiday at last 🙃

Cons: Nothing we didn't like.

Pros: This beautiful place really impressed me with its location—it's just a stone's throw away from Via Formosa. Breakfast is freshly prepared for each guest, including freshly squeezed juice. The service at reception was also great. Since I arrived on a sunny day in February, I wanted to take the opportunity to take the ferry to Praia and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after a quick chat. I'm grateful for this experience.

Pros: The hotel is small, clean, quiet and yet close to everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was cute that the rooms don't have numbers but names; ours was called Eva. I liked that they made us smoothies every morning.

Pros: great location in the middle of the old town surrounded by the best restaurants in town the owners have thought of everything to ensure your stay is memorable lovely old renovated house felt like a home from home liked the roof terrace and breakfast room easy to get to the transport links for onward travel or to get back to the airport

Cons: toilet could be upgraded

Lovely stay with friendly staff and vegan breakfast 🌱

Pros: Breakfast was great- there was a vegan option which was unexpected and very good! Leonardo was friendly and welcoming. We’d definitely come back if travelling to Faro again in the future.

Brief and beautiful

Pros: The rooftop terrace was lovely, location was very convenient room was very cute and bed was very comfortable!!

Loved my stay here. Room was quaint and clean and breakfast was good. Checking in and out was also seamless.

Pros: Love how central it was to everything. Everywhere is within walking distance.

Cons: Could have benefited with a television in the room.

Very peaceful, and easy - glad we didn’t stay in a hotel.

Pros: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful !! They provided a lovely service, the breakfast was great. The shared bathrooms were really great considering. Everything worked very well, the interiors are new and nice to look at and use. The location is super easy to get to from the airport and to anywhere you need.

Cons: The shared bathroom bedrooms could have a few more amenities - like a kettle and a little fridge. Its really nice there is a kitchen upstairs, do wish we could have used more of this to make our own meals (probably for insurance, security reasons so do understand).
