Sítio maravilhoso

Pros: A localização é perfeita para quem quer estar perto da parte e ao mesmo tempo num local sossegado.

Cons: Dos banhos por vezes serem em água fria. Preço um bocadinho elevado para uma casa que já está a necessitar de algumas obras de melhoramento.

Pros: Besonders hat uns der Blick aufs Meer und auf die Bucht. Das Haus ist nah an einem wunderschönen Strand gelegen.

Heerlijke winterzon en zee

Pros: Dichtbij de zee, ruime woning, rook fris en was op de bank na ook schoon, zwembad was ondanks de maand februari goed te doen door ligging in de zon in combinatie met de pomp verwacht ik. Contactpersoon was heel vriendelijk en reageerde vlot op vragen.

Cons: Weinig privacy in de tuin en waterschade door lekkende ramen en deur. Ook keuken leek een keer in het water gestaan te hebben. Gemaild toen er een flinke plas op de grond lag na hevige regen en de volgende dag stond er iemand voor de deur om naar de ramen en deuren te kijken. Ons is verteld dat het opgelost gaat worden. In de nacht houdt de jeugd van spelen met auto’s op de parkeerplaats. In de slaapkamers beneden hoor je hier overigens weinig van.
