Fabulous villa, highly recommend

Pros: The Villa exceeded all expectations, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Rooms were large, beds very comfortable and every bedroom had an en-suite. The squash court was a great hit with the young adults in our party, fabulous full sized court in the middle of the house, very unusual but we all loved it! Large family room in basement was a great area but was too warm for us to use much. Swimming pool was a dream with added bonus of ping pong table, darts and badminton court to side of pool. We spent most days by the pool. Comfortable loungers and shaded seating area gave lots of choice. Location was central with 15 minute walk to marina and 20 minute walk to old town. Albuferia is very hilly so we used uber and bolt for reruns trips, easy to use and very reasonable all journeys £5 or less. Supermarkets aldi and Lidl were a 10 minute taxi journey away.

Cons: Being really picky here, but if there had been air conditioning in the basement games area we would have used it much more. The 5th bedroom was in a really weird place in the basement and we ended up sharing a room rather than using it as it was too far away from everyone

The best week ever!

Pros: This villa was amazing! Lots of room for a family of 9. The pool table, squash court, table tennis, darts, volleyball and the fabulous pool kept everybody entertained. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Great family holiday, the villa was ideal spot for big groups.

Pros: Absolutely everything, this is a stunning villa. Fabulous location, beds all comfortable, facilities (pool, cinema, pool table, squash court to name a few) were unbelievable. Just amazing. Absolutely loved our stay here. We had 7 days here and it will never feel like enough. Just a beautiful house and the owners were so kind, responsive and lovely. Most beautiful villa I have stayed in.

Pros: The Villa is beautiful. It has everything you could need and more. The host was very helpful and any queries were responded to very quickly and efficiently.

Cons: The pool was a bit too deep for the children.

We had a family holiday for a special occasion and Pedro Mar was the perfect location for our party outside by the pool

Pedro mar family holiday

Pros: Fantastic service from start to finish from booking to organising airport transfers to checking out. Could not fault the place at all , went on a family holiday with 7 adults and 2 children the villa had more than enough room for us all. The facilities were brilliant with the squash court , pool table and swimming pool . The pool was perfect as it had two levels so it suited the children. It had a living room and a cinema room all of which can be connected to streaming services. The location couldn't have been better with a 15 minute walk to the old town and only a 10 minute walk to the marina. Will definitely be back
