great looking villa for a bigger group, some things should be repaired. still RECOMMENDED

Pros: it is a great looking villa in a nice location, 5 min walk to Marina, 15 min to the beach and old town. 4 spacious bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen (really rare in long term rentals), super helpful host Bernhard. Great views, regularly maintained garden and pool. the living room is big to put up to 8 people easily, with great big windows overlooking marina. Comfortable dining table outside next to bbq area. loungers in swimming pool making it nice to relax for more people together. really nice decor as well. simple but tasteful.

Cons: the house has plenty of little faults, and seems that it miss some regular maintaince. The moist due the lack of ventilation (in bathroom vents are not connected) is a big problem - and hence fungus. Broken kitchen hood. not fully working iron curtains. Missing some basic furniture in lower floor bedrooms to sit down or store clothings is another inconvenience. Malfunctioning A/C (3 out of 4 units were broken at some point), lack of hoover to keep the 300sqm place clean (we asked for that but they offered us to buy it ;), and the house is really not adjusted for winter times due to the lack of heating (some external heatings are helping but it is still cold due to the huge space). However after all in the summer months if the ac is fixed and mould problem solved this is a great place to stay and enjoy holidays with a big group. still recommened if the little things are not bothering you

Lovely villa in good location.

Pros: The villa is very nice, spacious and good location in a quiet spot easily accessible to beach and marina. Pool was lovely. Nice terrace areas.

Cons: A little more attention to detail would have been nice. Few items could have done with being replaced and and would have liked a few more basic provisions.

Pros: Size of the villa was great and very spacious with plenty of room. Pool area big enough for us.

Cons: The beds were hard, and only one pillow per person allocated. Air conditioning not available in one of the bedrooms causing the room to be very warm and uncomfortable overnight.

Really enjoyed stay at Villa Kevin and great value for money.

Pros: Great pool and spacious accommodation. Good location, only 5 mins from Marina and not too far from town centre.

Cons: Oven didn`t work well at all. Be nice if there was just one toilet roll upon arrival ;-)!

Pros: Ideal villa for family holiday , few small hills to navigate on 15/20 minute walk into old town , 10 minute walk to marina , pool was very good , staff helped out with any issues promptly

Cons: Small bits of tlc needed , front door hard to close , few lights need fixing , ah few cracked tiles on pool steps area , aircon in bedrooms very faulty worked every now and again

Pros: Wonderful place! Great vila. Very calm location. Not very far away from old town by foot. I couldn't recommend it more! 100% ❤️

Absolutely perfect, exceeded my expectations!

Pros: Can't fault this place at all. I love how spacious it is and I liked that it was on different levels, it meant that we could put the kids to bed and either chat upstairs or sit around the pool without waking them.

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect! The host went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, we'll definitely be re-booking in future.

Cons: It was unclean around the pool area and they never changed the towels or the bedding the whole week. The air con in the master bedroom wouldn't turn down but apart from that it's was excellent
