A great place to spend a relaxing holiday

Excellent holiday at this great hotel
Pros: Excellent stay again we’ve been here many times. We love everything about this hotel. The staff are great, its location is perfect for us and the other guests are really friendly.

Relaxing , comfortable and stress free
Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly . It was a very relaxing base for our first trip to Portugal . The pool area was lovely and never felt overcrowded . We ate out a lot but had lunch a couple of times at the hotel and it was delicious .

A lovely, clean place with thoughtful staff
Pros: The wonderfully polite and friendly staff; how clean the whole place was; the location was excellent and the food was great.
Cons: The fact that the owner was barely there; any queries had to be dealt with staff, who were not receptionists and sometimes did not know the answers for our questions. I believe that if you own a place like this, you have to be there, present, to deal with any situation that arises. I also do not believe that I was given the upgraded room that was mentioned on the website. The bedroom was still fine and I did not want to question the owner on this, especially given that I only saw him passing by some days either when I was leaving or arriving and he was driving in or out.

A lovely vacation
Pros: Great location & the pool was really nice. The staff were very friendly. It was good to have the air conditioning.
Cons: The fridge was awful, ice box not defrosted & too small, even though there was a space for a full under-counter one. It would have been useful to have a parasol on the balcony. The breakfasts were adequate although it would have been good to have some eggs.

Pros: Lovely small hotel off the main road. Rooms nice size plenty of wardrobe space, bathroom modern and good shower. Breakfast was continental, help yourself, and plenty of choice. Cleaning very good and staff overall really friendly and helpful.
Cons: As tea/coffee making facilities are provided it would have been a nice touch to give complimentary tea and coffee.

The hotel has a lot of potential with its peaceful location and friendly staff. Good breakfast!
Pros: •\tThe location is excellent — not very central, but in a quiet, calm, and relaxing area away from tourist crowds. \t•\tThe staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. \t•\tThe room was very clean, which we appreciated.
Cons: •\tThere was no bottled water provided in the room. Initially, we were told by the receptionist that the bathroom tap water was safe to drink. We later found out that fresh water was available behind the bar, but we had to ask the staff to fill our bottles each time, which was a bit inconvenient. \t•\tWhile the room had a kettle, there were no tea or coffee supplies available. \t•\tThe TV did not have working channels and wasn’t a smart TV, so we couldn’t connect our phones to it. \t•\tOnly one key was provided for two guests, which is unusual. \t•\tBreakfast hours were quite limited, from 08:30am to 10:00am, which felt short compared to other places. \t•\tCheck-out time is relatively early at 10:30am.

A fantastic little hotel
Pros: Everything is great from the minute you arrive. The staff the property the facilities and location are excellent.

Lovely small friendly clean hotel, near all amenities from bars/super market and town
Pros: Lovely small hotel, very friendly and very clean.Good swimming pool and plenty od sun loungers , and places ro read and just talk to new friends.
Cons: Sorry but although only a 10/15 walk to the beach, it cant be called \

Will definitely be back for another stay
Pros: Burgers,fries and pizza was available in the evenings which was ideal for nights we decided to stay in. Lovely and peaceful,not suited for people who like to party out loud. Everyone nice and friendly
Cons: There was nothing to dislike apart from the pool being too cold to swim in but that’s because our stay was in November so it was expected. Will be back in a warmer month to wake up to a swim in the pool before we venture the lovely towns and local beaches
