Pros: Fantastic location! It's a 3 minute walk away from the beach which is nice and lively but the area itself is not crowded or noisy. The apartment has good space and amenities including folding chairs. The balcony is lovely with a nice boulevard view. The apartment building has good sunset/sunrise views in the hallways.

Cons: Check in is on the later side at 4pm. There is a fee if you want to check in early so keep that in mind.
