Totally Awesome!!!

Pros: Clean and beautiful, perfect location for visiting anywhere in the Algarve, and the most awesome host ever!!! Cannot say enough about this property!

A perfect location and accommodation in a quiet area of Albufeira.

Pros: We were met by Andre outside the apartment and he showed us round. We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was perfect. It was wonderful having our breakfast in the sunshine overlooking the marina. To get to the centre of Albufeira was a picturesque walk overlooking the sea. There were plenty bars and restaurants at the marina and a couple of supermarkets very close by. Queries were answered promptly and Rui also organised our transport back to the airport. I would highly recommend the Marina Sea Apartment when staying in Albufeira.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: The accommodation was close to restaurants, bars and all the boat trips. It was also in reasonable walk to the old town and the beach. The accommodation itself is well appointed with great views over the marina. Spar within easy reach.

Cons: Two single beds in the main bedroom. There are a number of steps to the marina just to make people aware but no problem for us.

Lovely Location

Pros: We were greeted by Andre, who was very helpful in explaining how things work & he also made recommendations of activities in the area. Location overlooking the marina was great, as we watched the tour boats leave & return each day. Lots of restaurants along the walkway to choose from. The apartment was comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. Taxis out front that will take you into the center or to the beaches. We had a car, so it was convenient having free underground parking provided. Also, having an elevator to access our unit with luggage.

Pros: Very good location, with options to visit restaurants and bar nearby. Apartment with pool was really nice and spacy. Options to do walks and running in the area.

Cons: During the weekend, there was a bit of noise from the street at night, even when our windows were closed.

Great location and lovely apartment made our stay very enjoyable

Pros: The location and presentation of the apartment were exceptional. We have stayed in quite a few apartments and this was one of the best we have stayed in and good value for money. The view of the marina from our balcony was lovely and the nearby restaurants were very good There were simple unexpected thoughtful touches like the provision of washing machine tablets/kitchen roll and coffee pods etc which are not normally provided in similar accommodation.

Cons: There is hardly anything that we didn’t like but if we had to list anything maybe the over bath shower could have been better. Also on entering the main building the entrance door lock proved a bit tricky and on a couple of occasions we were concerned we were not going to be able to get in.

Excellent choice

Pros: Fantastic location. Excellent for water excursions. Everything one needed on site. Quite during the night. 15 minutes picturesqe walk to the old town.

Cons: Public transport could be better in Albufeira itself. 2 bus journeys to get to the train station!

Pros: The location,the view from the balcony, the attention from Andre, the property representative, and the diligence and friendly manner of the cleaners.

Cons: Coming back home!😩

Pros: Excellent apartment and furnishings. Spent a lot of relaxing time enjoying the sun and lovely view from the balcony. Very easy and free car parking in the underground car park.

Great place to plan, live and enjoy your days in Albufeira

Pros: Stayed there between 3-19 July 2024 with my sons aged 8 and 15 y.o. Everything was the same as those shown on the photos. Great location, wonderful view over the marina from the balcony, comfy rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathroom utencils (clean and superb condition), powerful AC (2×), the pool, free garage under the building. The location; yes again. The facility is in a very privileged part of the town: isolated from the over-active and crowded old center by a 15 min. walk. The flat enjoys the cool breeze and silence at nights Special thanks to Mr. Andre! He helped us with full professionalism and patience literally at any time we needed and made us feel like real guests. Obrigado carissimo Andre + abraço. And thanks to Mr. Rui as he started mailing us warmly right from the 1st minute of the reservation (2 months before the arrival) and kept updating us during the course of time. Thank you Mr. Rui.

Cons: Nothing so far. The pool might need more adequate cleaning but still OK and absolutely day saver for the exhausted folks and sun lovers.
