Pros: The facilities and heated pool, the large variety at breakfast time, the walks to the beach and the sea views, the good cleaning of the apartment and the live music.

Cons: The problem with parking and the high costs of renting a swimming towel.

Superb will return!

Pros: The grounds and the helping staff in front deskàs I arrived sick and Hebert nicely did an early check in when available

Excellent location - value for money in offpeak season

Pros: The location, ambience, and the overall views from the resort. The beach access was brilliant. The rooms were spacious and clean. Linen was good and clean as well.

Cons: The ACs did not work well. We had it repaired but still the temperature regulation was an issue. The beds were 2 single mattresses on a king size and that made the sleep very uncomfortable There were no tea/coffee supplies in the room

Not very high standards of service and room not so clean but overall very god experience

Pros: Breakfast is very nice. Location and outdoor facilities are very very. There are very nice shared spaces and playgrounds.

Cons: The a/c in the room didn't work and I had to call the maintenance twice.

Pros: Great views of the sea, private access to beach, indoor pools, restaurants.

Lovely chilled out break

Pros: Clean, quiet & comfortable. All staff are very friendly & helpful. A lovely touch was the unexpected complementary drink to celebrate my birthday. Too busy for us in high season but a lovely retreat in the quieter months but still enough activity/entertainment around.

Cons: 1 day of rain but that's no ones fault 😂

Pros: Response time for any issue that needs attention of management was great.

Cons: Staff at reception could be more friendly to tourists as most of the tourists are not there to stay for good.

As a frequent visitor we again had a great relaxing stay with likes outweighing the rarely encountered dislikes.

Pros: Great facilities and ability to use linked Hotels including heated pool. The apartments are roomy, most with lovely garden, pools or some sea views. Location is good having close access to lovely beach and walkable distance to Albufeira .Convenient small shop on site with long opening hours and useful range of stock. The bar restaurant is great with lovely garden and inside layout serving good coffee and decent meals. Car parking is good except in high season.

Cons: Basement apartment unlike previous ones was rather damp which built up,probably as no visible bathroom extractor fan (Block 2 apartment 401) Late season Entertainment was rather basic and petered out. TV reception was awful, unlike previous apartments inc basements; we could only receive two limited English language news channels that worked (Turkish and Israeli) most other channels were unwatchable with badly broken pictures and sound; after complaining the engineer made no discernible improvement and he even had to replace hopeless faulty remote control. Apartment Fire alarm went off continually first night as battery weak and had to get reception to sort out.

Pros: We liked everything,everything was perfect,the place is amazing for adults for kids,all staff absolutely fantastic.We definitely coming back already miss it.

Pros: We had a fabulous view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We also loved the location and it was so easy to get an Uber taxi.

Cons: The beds need a make over. I didn't like the mattress nor the brown blanket, instead of a duvet.
