Pros: Nice big rooms , plenty space for group of 5, clean and comfortable beds. In a nice location close to the beach . Fabulous staff very friendly and very helpful

Pros: Very nice staff in general. Very accommodating, comfortable, really clean, well equipped facilities Etc. Perfect location for my group.. Stunning garden pool.

Cons: -The pool wasn't heated. -Our electricity went off in the middle of the night which made our food from the fridge go off + was really uncomfortable to get around E.G. go to the bathroom, take a drink Etc - The hotel staff (other management) were being rude to us, not letting us use the hotel facilities.

The apartment was very well kept tidy and clean, the aircons in our room were really good!

Pros: Location – Absolutely fantastic! The property is in such a convenient spot – with groceries, restaurants, and even a karaoke bar just around the corner. The whole area feels safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Beach – Just a short and easy stroll away! The brand-new walkway makes the walk safe and pleasant, and once you’re there, you’re greeted by a beautiful beach with a lovely restaurant bar right by the shore. The water was the perfect temperature, and even with a few waves here and there, it was so much fun to swim in. The beach itself was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded – truly a highlight of our stay!

Cons: We had requested well in advance for our room to be ready a little earlier than the standard 4pm check-in (which already feels quite late), as we were arriving on an early flight from Faro. Unfortunately, when we got to the property at 1pm, we were still asked to wait another three hours before the room was available, despite our prior communication with reception. In addition, it would have been much more comfortable if a fan had been provided for those sleeping on the sofa bed, as the room became quite warm at night. Thankfully, the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, and by keeping the doors open we managed to keep the entire space cool and comfortable.

Perfect accomodation for what we needed

Pros: Great apartments, great value for money. In a great location aswel. Good pool and bar. We were a group of 26 on a stag, we couldn't of found a better place. Bar next to the pool, short walk to the strip for drinks and food. Would go again if on a lads trip

Cons: The pool police were a bit over the top with their rules. But didn't really take away from a great hotel

Pros: Everything. This is a perfect place to bring children. Beautiful big apartments. Beautiful outside space, beautiful pool area. Lots of space for children to run around and play. Beautiful beach area on our doorstep with lovely restaurants.

Cons: A little bit out of the way.

Second stay and will definitely stay again

Pros: Location is perfect. Staff are nice and were very helpful when Portugal lost power for the day. They provided extra charging areas etc in lobby.
