Very comfortable villa with everything you could want. Great holiday

Pros: A nice roomy villa, great facilities, nice style and comfortable. Good aircon. Number of rooms with en suite.

Cons: Nothing of any significance

We loved our stay here, we’ve already booked again for next year. Great location and easy to get taxis.

Pros: Big property, great layout. Plenty of sunbeds. Really clean rooms. Great having the pool table although it was looking a bit worn.

Cons: The pool needs some attention, pool tiles were missing and fell off and lying at the bottom of the pool.

Pros: Great villa in a lovely location, quiet, but close to stunning beach. Large spacious villa, more than enough room for 8 of us. Outside facilities are perfect. We would definitely visit again!

Huge, clean and bright Villa with large pool

Pros: Huge Villa with a large pool. Spotlessly clean (walking round indoors with white socks and not a speck of dirt on them!). We loved the balconies and pool table. Location isn’t a problem if you have a car or using uber into old town (€5-6) also bus stops just up the road. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We found the beds comfortable. Excellent communication from the hosts when needed.

Cons: A few slats missing on the security shutters. Washing machine was a bit dated but none of this affected our stay negatively.

Pros: Second time staying here in February and was just as good as the first time. Quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to beaches and places to eat

Perfect peaceful family holiday

Pros: Everything was perfect, nice and spacious, very clean. We will be returning!

Great group holiday home

Pros: The property is spacious with plenty of seating areas and sun beds for a big group. There is a pool table, which was great fun. The inside is nicely furnished with modern furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is a great place to spend time as a group, the sofa is big and comfy.

Cons: The property needs updating. The bathrooms are old and the shower heads need replacing. The bedroom doors upstairs get stuck so you can’t open them. The cleaning tools such as mop etc were old and rusty. The kitchen is old and the paint is flaking off the tiles.

Family Holiday

Pros: Great Villa, good location and clean with 4 large bedrooms (although beds very hard) and 4 bathrooms. Pool table was a def plus when u have teenagers. Marina and Old Town 10 mins away using Bolt. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Food recommendations include cafe at the roundabout, cafe at supermarket, Fusion and Italian (take a right at main entrance) and steak /fish restaurant to the left of the roundabout. The beach is really good. All in all a lovely part of Portugal and we would return.

Cons: Issue with downstairs toilet which took a few days to fix. I would also ask they have the pool cleaned more frequently. Only once during our visit and couldn't be used for last 2 days of holiday as wasn't clean. Also as some of the other reviewers mentioned , bring ur basics such as tea bags, sugar, salt, dish cloth etc. There is nothing at the villa. A welcome pack would be most beneficial even with a charge.

Highly recommend

Pros: We were very impressed by the villa. It was clean, spacious and the pool table was a huge additional plus. Great swimming pool, lots of seating areas and sun loungers and a built in outdoor bbq. The property manager was very responsive when a faulty toaster kept blowing the fuse and replaced it within 24hrs.

Cons: The beds were a little hard but it’s difficult to find any fault with the villa. The location was perfect for us travelling in a large family group with kids but it is about 10 mins by taxi from Albufeira town.

Good size, spacious villa

Pros: Great property, 3 bedrooms upstairs had own bathrooms and the one downstairs had a shower room nearby. Also had plenty of outdoor seating areas. A well furnished property, really enjoyed our stay. Ideal location with lovely beaches nearby.

Cons: There wasn't a lot of hot water but put that down to the property not being occupied for a while and being Feb. I'm sure if contacted owner it may have been sorted as questions were answered promptly
