Wonderful large house right in the old town with excellent facilities

Pros: The house was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen downstairs, very well equipped too. One bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs all big. 2 large bathrooms one up one down and a great patio with huge dining table, sink and a fabulous large hot tub. It’s well situated for the old town being just a little stroll from the centre of the old town and the beach. We will most definitely stay there again

Great location and apartment.

Pros: Modern clean apartment. Loved the location and waking up to a sea view on the balcony. Hot tub on decked area was a bonus. Villa was private. Husband loved the large screen tv and electric shutters. Great security door. Had a gas bbq but didn't get time to use it. Very spacious. Host instructions were clear and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great Spacious Villa

Pros: Lovely, spacious and clean. 3 very large rooms with lots of hanging/storage space. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was a great place to sit and relax. The outside area was spacious with a huge dining table, bbq area and sun loungers. The hot tub was great. Exactly what was needed

Cons: The Villa really was perfect for us. Cant say anything negative

Excellent location - close to town but quiet. All of the facilities you need - and support just a text message away

Pros: Location - fabulous for access to all areas of Albufeira. Nice to have an outdoor area with a jacuzzi even though we were so close to town. Excellent communication and responsive support

Cons: A few written instructions in the information folder would have been helpful- like how to work the dishwasher for example.

Perfect for a group stay

Pros: The apartment was in the perfect location, sea could be seen from the street and was just a short walk to the beach. New town was only a 10 minute walk and it was close to amenities with Aldi and Lidl close by. João welcomed us and he was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend and will be back.
