#049 Villa Lemon by Home Holidays

Pros: Amazing location, right near the beach and town but quiet at night. Pool was lovely, they brought more sunbeds when we asked. Aircon in each room and lovely place.

Excellent location, spacious villa

Pros: Location is brilliant right next to the beach about five minutes from Old town. Pool is a great size and the rooms all have large double beds.

Cons: Pool wasn't cleaned on arrival and a few of the items were in poor condition. Also difficult to address rubbish left by guests in the downstairs flat.

Pros: Beautiful property with a gorgeous balcony and pool, great location, and a super helpful team!

Pros: The villa was quirky and had some lovely original features. It was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting out on the private balcony and had a bedroom sea view. It was very quiet. Communication with Home Holidays was excellent and they always responded quickly.

Cons: There was peeling paint in the bathroom. The top floor bed was huge and really comfortable but the bedding wasn’t quite big enough.. These however are only minor points and didn’t massively affect our experience.

great location ans outdoor facilities!

Pros: the location was just fantastic as well as the pool in the garden. friendly and very helpful staff! kitchen well functioning and equipped.

Cons: the house would need some maintenance and love. beds where squeaky, painting falling off in some places and a damp smell in the building. furthermore the sounds from the neighbours upstairs was very intense when they moved around their furniture (assume chairs)

Beautiful apartment, great location & pool

Pros: Location is amazing, so close to the beach and old town and we could walk everywhere We had the apartment at the top with the balcony and it was great, lovely views too. Decor is lovely, property was clean. Staff were really helpful when messaging with questions Aircon was great in every room Kitchen was fully equipped Pool was lovely, plenty of seating available

Cons: Unfortunately we had multiple issues with the electrics blowing. There was another group below us and we realised when we were all trying to get ready this is where the electrics would blow. Staff were helpful and quick to respond when it happened the first time & then from there on we knew how to turn it back on. It was just slightly annoying that’s all.

Fantastic self-catering apartment with pool near to beach & town

Pros: Brilliant location, facilities and management of our stay.

Loved the comforts and beauty of the house, but expect noise with being close to old town!

Pros: The Lemon House was beautiful! You can see the beach from one of the bedrooms on the top floor. The place was super comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated. Appreciated the key code entry to access the key upon check-in. The management company was super helpful and responsive.

Cons: The house was located very close to old town Albuferia which is great for walking to old town and the marina, but it got super crazy loud at night time. It was as if the band was playing inside the house!
