Lovely Villa with huge outdoor space.

Pros: Incredible outside space, large beautiful pool and BBQ area, ample sun loungers. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was large and had all required appliances. The apartment was close to everything including the strip, but I was not affected too much by the noise. Digital door locks which was very handy as no keys were needed (one less thing to lose).

Cons: Pillows were useless, not proper pillows, my neck was in pain from them. If I dropped as much as one crumb on the floor within a matter of hours there would be a trail of tiny ants from the door to the crumb, I just swept them up and put them outside, lesson learned (Keep it Clean and don't leave food out). On my 4th day the stay the alarm on the property next door went off, it rang constantly for an hour or so, I made contact with my hosts who told me not to worry as they were probably just running alarm tests, however this started and stopped for hour after hour and into the next day which drove me out of the villa as it was unbearable, I was told I could call the Police myself, thankfully it eventually stopped after the following evening. They should have addressed it themselves as they said the property owner would have been alerted, but I did notice that they same company as mine were also looking after that property.

Perfect Villa

Pros: Perfect location. Beautiful villa. We had a problem with the air conditioning (our mistake). Engineer came immediately and sorted it.

Cons: Beds were a bit hard but personal preference.

Great holiday in a beautiful private villa.

Pros: Beautiful villa with well kept gardens. Had the privacy of our own accommodation but convenient to shops restaurants. Had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. No early rises to try get sun beds😛 We each had our own bed with private pool. Beautiful villa, while very close to the strip of albuferia , the sounds did not affect us at all at night.

Cons: Location to the strip. This is a beautiful villa. It provided us with our own private haven whilst very close to the busy Albuferia strip. There is unfortunately a very poorly kept apartment complex close by which isn’t nice to look at.
