Pros: grande villa, grande cour privée et belle piscine, stationnement, beaucoup de vaisselle et d’ustensiles de cuisine , pouvoir marcher jusqu’à la plage de Sainte-Eulalia.

Cons: Les photos sur le site étaient magnifiques mais la réalité était différente…. meubles du salon sale et déchiré, mobilier extérieur usé, lave-linge capricieux, fourmis ( nous avons avisé l’agence et rien n’a été fait) les frais de ménage assez élevé . Complexe résidentiel vieillissant, manque d’entretien général.
