Its ok for small budget plan

Pros: Apparment location is good. Especially topfloor is very good to view the outside. Space is enough for family living.

Cons: Very hot flat. Fan doesnot cover the hot. Need to keep AC. The doors wood are damages. Need to repair it.

Para conocer Faro y su gente

Pros: Lo amplio del departamento. Tenía dos terrazas muy cómodas. La excelente atención por parte de la anfitriona. La cocina bien equipada. El baño muy cómodo también. Las camas eran cómodas, cada una con un escritorio. El barrio era silencioso ideal para descansar de noche, aún así había un Lidl cerca que abría incluso los domingos.

Cons: En si la estancia fue sumamente agradable, no hay sopresas. Me pareció correcta la relación calidad/precio. Es un 4to piso por escalera, como se describe. Y no tiene aires acondicionados, pero tiene ventiladores y con eso y las ventanas grandes estuvimos cómodos.

Comienzo de vacaciones aunando familia y competiciones deportivas infantiles.

Pros: Aunque es un 4º sin ascensor lo elegimos principalmente por la cercanía a los lugares que teníamos que ir. El piso no dispone de aire acondicionado y se caldea mucho durante el día pero la disposición de las ventanas y terrazas hace que siempre corra el aire y se refresquen las estancias. Por la noche incluso puede refrescar en exceso.

Cons: La verdad que todo lo negativo ya te lo advierte el anfitrión, por lo que en principio todo muy bien.
