Great Hotel

Pros: Hotel was exceptional, great choice for breakfast. Staff are very friendly.

Cons: The hot tub wasnt as warm as what it should have been.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and nice hotel and the room, very friendly staff (especially Cristina from reception) and lovely golf club to play or just to have a walk. Had a nice surprise from the hotel ( sparkling wine) what was really nice

Pros: Staff were excellent, extremely helpful from the check in stage until departure, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Management were very attentive, provide sparkling wine and cake to our party for a birthday celebration, was a very nice touch.

Wonderful comfortable stay

Pros: Lovely garden room - spacious bathroom, very clean (cleaned daily), really large comfy bed. Robes in room. Fresh bottles of water daily. Couldn't fault it. Location great for golfers as 3 min walk to course, lovely clubhouse too. Breakfast was fabulous - great selection buffet. Buffet dinners were good too on the 2 occasions we dined there. Would return again. Laundry service available but was very costly- only used it as spilt red wine!

Cons: Friendly helpful staff but the service at the bar area was really slow, it wasn't their fault they were just so short staffed and not trained well enough - I ordered the same drink 3 times over different days and it came out completely different each time.. reason being is that not enough staff trained to make cocktails. Food service was very very slow and forgotten twice so ate quite late. Or food not in stock. Water was often not in stock or refrigerated when served. This was such a wonderful staff so if the bar improved slightly it would be 10/10. Staff were doing their best.

Nice hotel, comfy bed, great breakfast but staff not interested in our security concern.

Pros: Lovely comfortable rooms. Good location and great breakfast.

Cons: Myself and two other friends rooms all had our room doors left open by someone. After complaining the staff was not very bothered. The security is concerning.

Lovely hotel - very poor golf experience

Pros: Hotel was excellent the golf course was very poor. Customer Service was shocking - no buggies for 12pm tee off, pull only in 28c Heat. One of the party partially disabled and couldn’t play. No range balks and very poor logistics around tee off times.
