Muthu Oura Praia Hotel

Pros: Room was spotless—location is superb—-great variety of restaurants nearby!

Very good winter vacation

Pros: Very good hotel service, large rooms, comfortable beds, great value for money, excellent breakfast and dinner. In winter, the restaurant is located in a neighboring hotel about 350 meters away. The terrace overlooks the ocean, but if you open the window in the evening, you can hear the traffic. Very good heating in February compared to other hotels. Wine, beer, and soft drinks are served with dinner, and juices and espresso coffee are available in the lobby. I would gladly return to this hotel.

Favorite place in Albufeira

Pros: Benn multiple times, ideal location, close to all our favorite restaurant and beach. Carla at reception was great.

Birthday weekend 29.11.25

Pros: We love coming to Portugal. It's like our 2nd home. We have stayed in this hotel before. The receptionist Carla was really lovely. So friendly and helpful. She sent a couple of bottles of wine up to the room as a gift for my husband and me for his birthday. We were only there for 3 nights, every time she saw us, she made the effort to ask what we had been up to. Our room was also upgraded so we had a bigger room. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great location.

Cons: The room was a little dated but clean and spacious.

Pleasant, enjoyable and would recommend

Pros: I liked the vibe and location of the property. Close to lots of amenities and restaurants with walking distance.

Cons: My only complaint about the property was the tv not working as it should have been. As well as the maintenance staff not being able to fix this problem with the tv.

The Staff made our stay brilliant

Pros: Amazing staff Bob, Jean, Brian and the lovely brazilian lady in reception are so efficient they are so professional and cheerful made our stay amazing

Cons: Needs a bit of modernising. I love walking shower not a bath.

Pros: Very clean and everything we needed in apartment. Bottle of wine i recieved as a birthday gift was a lovely gesture

Cons: Apartments a bit dated could do with some updates

Hope to return in future

Pros: All staff were friendly and professional. Bob on the reception desk was second to none. Facilities were really good. Didn't make the most of all the options for food. Decent alcohol drinks included in all inclusive including cocktails. These drinks, sun loungers and pool was an excellent combination.

Cons: At times the all inclusive restaurants were fully booked way in advance. Check in at 5pm is fairly late although we got checked in earlier.

I'll book the place again!

Pros: Good location , 5 min walk to the beach. Food : For AI, you can choose muthu oura Beach Club or to have dinner at specific restaurants ( must be booked when checked in ) If you're looking for a good coffee and pastries, I recommend the place across the hotel ( it's a must try) and the Portuguese restaurant next door to it. Also, Lily's snack bar , the best piri piri we ever had ,good value , it's a small family business & traditional Portuguese food. Cons: No lifeguard around the swimming pool , kids were jumping in , people smoking everywhere, drinking while they used the swimming pool ( some people think they own the place, no respect for others)
