A lovely family stay with lots of welcoming British couples who have bought into the property. Made us very welcome.

Pros: The apartments were a good comfortable standard. There was a wonderful shared pool which was big enough to do lengths and a small toddler pool to the side which suited our mixed age family group holiday - 6 months to 70.

Cons: It was quite a late check in after 5pm but the staff did come and meet us early. We didn’t realise they weren’t based on site. The restaurant and bar that we expected to be open was closed which meant all dining was off site or self catered. There weee great eateries nearby and recommend the cafe bakery about ten minutes walk away and lovely restaurants within 15 minutes. A couple of the apartments needed more attention and these were addressed within 48 hours.

Really relaxing and enjoyable no fuss checking in and out

Pros: The location is good with restaurants and supermarket close by. The pool is excellent, very clean and well maintained. Room had adequate facilities.

Cons: My internet in the room went down wasn't available for 2 days but staff got it sorted eventually. Would rather have walk in shower rather than shower over bath, shower curtain is awful.

Pros: Great location, good parking, walking distance from shops, restaurants and beach

Cons: As the weather wasn’t great, would have been great to have been able to use the fire, wouldn’t be a problem in warmer months

Overall a good stay

Pros: Location is great for Gale and Albufeira. Quiet and comfortable.

Cons: The children’s pool was dirty during our stay. Couldn’t park our car at the property yet we could last year when we stayed.

Pros: Quiet, clean and relaxing. Loved the fact that there is a pool too, Very well located for beaches as well as restaurants.

Pros: Quiet. Well equipped. Very clean. Very well situated for a walk to the beach. Good restaurants nearby.

Pros: Well located. Well equipped. I'm not putting this as a negative but the WiFi was rubbish because it really doesn't matter.... But.....

Fabulous little complex

Pros: Fabulous pool, helpful staff who were prompt to sort out any issues. 10/15 minutes walk to several local restaurants/bars and large aldi. Bus stop close by, very clean public areas, walking distance to beautiful beach, roughly 15/20 min walk Apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed apart from a pair of scissors, which we found we needed several times. A Very homely, quiet apartment close to a small playpark, plenty of spare pillows and blankets,electric safety shutters for security. Air conditioning a HUGE bonus (bear in mind, only in the main bedroom and living area, no air con in 2nd bedroom, however if shutters are kept closed and air con is on in lounge/kitchen then room stayed cool anyway so no big problem)

Cons: Personally we felt it was a bit far from the action, and required ubers/buses to visit the main town or bars or other hotels that had entertainment for the children,however we were aware of this before travel, but not knowing the area beforehand we didn't realise how much walking we needed to do to access some evening entertainment. No shop on site which was a shame when the kids wanted a bottle of water or a snack at lunchtime, a small pool bar selling drinks and possibly snacks, would make this complex somewhere we could have stayed all day without having to keep returning to the apartment or heading off site. A very safe complex but no safe in the apartment, which would have been less of a worry if one had have been available. Beautiful restaurant attached to complex however, very pricey and no option apart from pizza for the children.
