Einfach Top mit ganz kleinen Einschränkungen

Pros: Großzügig geschnittenes Apartment, alle 3 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Einbauschränken. Separates Gäste WC. Große Küche, gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zum Wohlfühlen. Außenbereich mit Essbereich mit Grill, Liegen, Rasen und dem Privat Pool. Fantastischer Blick auf den Fairway. WiFi funktioniert in allen Räumen und auch draußen. Tiefgaragenplatz für ein Fahrzeug dabei, weitere Parkplätze neben dem Gebäude, Aufzug direkt in das Apartment. Nachts ist es sehr leise.

Cons: Der Gesamtzustand ist „noch gut“, Pool und Außenbereich benötigen aber etwas Überarbeitung und Reparatur. Stereo und TV nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Aufgrund der Lage direkt am Fairway und den Caddywegen ist bereits am 08:00h mit Fahrzeugverkehr zu rechnen.
