Lovely house, location and welcoming host

Pros: Beautiful beach house right on the praia and close to the airport with plenty of places to eat on your door step. The house has good facilities and comfortable beds. The ferry to Faro is a minutes walk away and the bus to the airport (5 min ride) and Faro is about 15 min walk. Our host was lovely and was available to answer any questions

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like

Absolutely excellent for us, we had an amazing stay

Pros: The location was amazing for us as we are keen to watch birds and nature

Cons: Some aspects could do with updating, the sofa and the flooring

Excellent

Pros: The location is excellent! The part of the peninsular you are on is only one house wide so the beach with the ocean is directly in front and the back garden has its own private beach on a lagoon. Little mini market a few seconds away next door to the surf school so super close for walking home to shower and rest after a surf without having to get changed. We stayed at the end of October and the area was quiet. The place was warm with extra blankets if we needed, which we didn’t because it didn’t drop below 22 degrees at night. The kitchen has everything you need.

Cons: The beds were not uncomfortable, but they were basic.

Would gladly stay at this property again.

Pros: Location, well equipped, welcoming host. Ria at the doorstep and ocean across the road.

Cons: No air conditioning.

Pros: Rustic, Liked the view & could walk out to a quite private sandy waterfront area. Beach over the road too. Caught the ferry to Faro that left nearby. Host was very helpful. Good stay!

Pros: The apartment was very clean, the toilets were perfect, the showers were clean and had hot water as well as great pressure which is important to me. The location was excellent, it had direct access to the beach, was right next to the ferry so access to the city was very convenient, fast and cheap. The owners were very friendly to us and even accommodate our early check-in. Book this apartment while it's new and cheap!

Cons: If I had to name one negative thing, it would be the old school inventory but that's not bad, it gives it a very cozy feeling that modern apartments lack.

Great house at top location

Pros: Excellent value for money, very well equipped and top location just surrounded by two beaches. Very quiet and yet very much close to all local attractions. Very friendly host and easy check in and check out. The house had all we needed and it was spacious and super clean. Would love to return anytime.

Pros: Sauber und nah am Meer. Einfach ein Traum für eine Familie oder ein Urlaub mit Freunden. Liebe Vermieterin. Alles was für den Alltag gebaucht wird ist da, inkl. Waschmaschine. Die Vermieterin ist super zu erreichen. Zum Surfen vermutlich ein Traum. Geräumig und wirklich gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Die Balkontür selbst konnte nicht verriegelt werden, dazu mussten außen zwei extra Türen verschlossen werden, was leider die schöne Aussicht versperrt hat. Das war sehr schade, denn man kann von dort aus die Flugzeuge starten und landen sehen. Fand ich persönlich ziemlich cool. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Bar direkt nebenan im Sommer lange geöffnet hat. Zu dieser Zeit war dort noch nicht so viel los. Vielleicht stört das junge Leute aber auch garnicht, weil sie selbst in der Bar abhängen :D das Doppelbett ist eher wie ein Campingbett und könnte mal erneuert werden.

Pros: vor dem Haus über die Straße zum Atlantikstrand, hinter dem Haus zum Strand der Ria Formosa. Wassertaxi in die Altstadt nach Faro direkt beim Haus

Cons: Lärm vom Flughafen Faro, dafür nur 10 Minuten Fahrt dahin
