A beautiful and practical place to stay in Faro

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at MariaHouse. Vera was an excellent and very accommodating host. The place was spotless and well equipped. It is deserving of all of the positive reviews.

Pros: We had a great time in MariaHouse...we absolutely loved it..from the moment we booked till the morning we left the contact from the owner was exceptional. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Faro. The apartment is close to restaurents and bars and is a 10 minute walk to train station.

Absolutely fantastic!

Pros: This place is amazing. Great location. The property is spacious, immaculately clean, and the private terrace is huge. A real gem. Vera is wonderful. Everything was easy. Highly recommended.

Pros: Maria House is on a quiet road in the centre of Faro. Check-in was simple with keys in a lock box. Lots of space for a couple - comfy bed, lovely bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace - sun for him and shade for me. We never met our host Vera but she was in touch with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated her allowing us to leave our bags in the house until the afternoon on our last day. We would have no hesitation staying there again.

Pros: We loved the balcony space, and the property was a good size with nice space to relax. Vera was very responsive and helpful. Good air conditioning in the bedroom and a nice shower. Very similar to listing

Cons: Not much - no air conditioning downstairs but it wasn't really needed.

Great apartment, with very helpful owner.

Pros: The apartment is very well furnished, but the real bonus is the lovely roof terrace, a real find in the city centre. Vera, the owner, is also very friendly and helpful, on this occasion allowing us an early check in. This was our 2nd visit and we will definitely return.

Cons: There is really nothing to fault this apartment, with perhaps the lack of a safe being the only thing.

Lovely stay in a good location

Pros: The apartment was lovely and in a great location that was close to everything but still very quite at night. it was very clean with everything you could need. the outside space is very nice although we didn't use it as much as we thought we would.

Good value and a decent location

Pros: Vera was very helpful when I had a problem with the washing machine, and all was as expected. Good sized house, on three floors, the first is the staircase leading to the living area. All in all, very happy with the stay
