Villa Bea by Sunny Deluxe

Nice villa, definitely worth the money

Pros: Very accommodating people from the start of my booking. Allowed early check in for free and late check out till 6pm for a reasonable extra cost. This was very good service and really did make our holiday stress free with the kindness of early and late checkout. The outdoor area was excellent. 10 out of 10 for being safe and secure for children to play. We realy enjoy spending time out there night and day. Bedrooms where all a good size, beds were comfortable. Shop and restaurant on the same road. Nice area close to everything. Easy to explore different beaches and can walk to different areas as in such a good location. The staff were available at all times via messenger on Booking.com and were very helpful, collection of the key was easy. Good price for what it is.

Cons: Not particularly important things really but.. Only 1 key, More towels would have been nice but not essential. Wifi was not brilliant. Floors we not cleaned very well, but the rest was to a good standard.

A great stay in a good villa

Pros: The property is a very good size, in an unbeatable location (close enough to the strip without suffering from a lot of noise, and right next door to a supermarket), with a fantastic pool and grounds. The property is as described and all appliances were in full working order.

Cons: We visited at the end of the season and the property could do with some general refurbishment. For example there is a missing tabletop on the dresser in one bedroom, peeling paint in another, and the locks to get into the property could do with replacement. We also encountered quite a few ants in multiple areas on the ground floor during the first few days, coming from behind the door trims and tiles. The management company did address this when we flagged it to them and hopefully some eradication work can take place prior to following seasons.

Pros: Accommodation as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent private pool, garden, outdoor shower and garden furniture. Perfect location and friendly host.

Lovely relaxed villa, great location, would stay again

Pros: Lovely pool area, good size rooms, beds were comfortable, lovely verandah, all mod cons, good tv and sofa. Very secure, felt very private, loved the area, nice walk down to the beach. Good value for money, would stay again!

Cons: There was a mild sewer smell in the upstairs bathroom. Also getting into the property when we got there was a bit hair raising as they had sent a video of where to find the keysafe but we didn’t realise that! So look out for the video, it is super important! The keysafe is nowhere near the entrance to the property. And the property is labelled Casa Beatrix rather than Villa Bea. There were some last minute forms to fill in which they sent on the day of arrival, so the day we were travelling, which was not ideal.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación ! La pileta muy linda para el verano , bien equipada la casa

Cons: Solo tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente , uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba aire caliente , wifi no funcionaba , solución rápida para lo del agua caliente

Pros: Maison bien située à proximité de tout pour faire les courses, près de la plage, bien équipée, avec une belle piscine.

Cons: Difficulté à obtenir de l'eau chaude Il manque une cloche pour le micro-onde.
