Great location, clean, quiet, efficient and good value.

Pros: Great location, very close to the airport bus stop, quiet but with cafes etc nearby. Very clean, newly decorated rooms, clear and timely instructions and easy entry. Nice shared kitchen and living room. Nice, small breakfast. Satisfied with our room without en suite bathroom at a good price.

Cons: I may have lost concentration during booking as we normally choose en suite bathroom. The summary provided suggests, in the first lines that the rooms are en suite. The breakfast, fixed menu, was served in a cafe about 12 minutes walk away. I couldn't see anything about this on Booking. Not really a problem for us, nice cafe, nice little breakfast. Small complaints, couldn't open window in room for air. Couldn't open window in shared bathroom as broken. I would go back there!

Cons: Bathroom spacious, but no air extractor so smelled musty on arrival. Cleared quickly after opening window

Pros: Great location near Faro train station and old town. Many restaurants nearby. Powerful A/C - heating Helpful staff who provided additional cover sheets on request.

Cons: Some storage to put things from the bags would be helpful.

Pros: All check-ins are done online and in advance. run into some issues with code access as I think having 2 separate bookings with just 1 day apart confused the system, but staff, reachable on whatsapp, was quick to troubleshoot

It’s a pleasant flat

Pros: No breakfast. It’s comfortable, very clean, modern ( recently renovated) . We liked the dining room and the little lounge next to it.

Cons: The bedroom is really small, no room to swing a cat . The street in which it’s located is not particularly nice.

Beautiful stay, highly recommend!

Pros: The sun roof, great value for money, comfortable bed and heat pump very effective and key for hot weather outside!

Cons: The bathroom smelt very heavily of bleach when we first arrived. Good to smell the bathrooom was clean, but considering using more mild smelling product.
