Excellent accommodation in the quiet Pine Hills development within easy reach of nearby Vilamoura

Pros: Poor communication before our arrival We advised that we would be arriving early and no effort was made to get the apartment ready earlier so our first day was spent driving around with our luggage very hot unable to unpack We went to the apartment at 4pm and thankfully the cleaners were just finishing - they gave us the key (after checking ID etc) Never heard a thing off the host from that point not even to confirm the key safe code for us to leave the apartment and we are now back in the U.K. after our x8 night holiday

Cons: More equipment needed in the apartment like soap powder, bleach or something to clean toilets and floors during our stay No salt and pepper, foil, cling film , water etc Quite basic really

Lovely break

Pros: Pool bar was great for drinks and food and staff super friendly. So quiet and peaceful Clean rooms and surroundings. A short 5 minute uber to the marina for about 4 or 5 euros.

Cons: We expected to be able to have breakfast at the Poolside restaurant but unfortunately it didn't open till 11 so a little late, but this may have been because we stayed late September and were literally one of around 5 family group visitors to the pool each day! The organiser of the apartment didn't reach out at all prior to us arriving and didn't respond to messages whilst we were there. Luckily we figured everything out we needed to. Nowhere to go out and walk as no pathways, so if you like to venute, you'd need a taxi first.
