Pros: Location/size of apartment/complex...George, complex manager and Clara were excellent...very good value for money....the apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the pool...a few issues, unfortunately, which I've stated below...

Cons: The apartment had a patio door in bedroom two, where the glass was completely shattered (a health & safety issue) plus we could not open it! David, the manager visited us to say, I do not know what your problem is, several people have stayed in this apartment in the last few weeks and they have had no problem with it...absolutely unbelievable! Said he could give us a full refund as the only other apartment was on the 4th floor facing the carpark... I have never encountered such a rude manager and hopefully i will not in the future! plus the glass gate on our patio had been broken off with shards of glass sticking out of the brackets...Carla receptionist was excellent putting tape over the brackets....we also experienced a huge flu/bug problem in our apartment which was sweeping across Villamoira... George the complex manager was very apologetic and arranged for our apartment to be deep cleaned within 2 hours, for which we were extremely grateful...

Location is perfect. We will definitely book again!

Pros: Ground floor with direct pool access was perfect, we could watch and chat to older kids in pool from our balcony. Safe area for youngest child. The location of the apartment block was amazing, in a quiet spot but within 2 seconds of the marina. Loved that no other buildings overlooked the apartment pool area, could only see the Domes Lake in the distance. We enjoyed the firm beds throughout the apartment. Kids loved the jacuzzi bath! 24hour reception was appreciated when arriving with children late off a flight. Very grateful to David who put some basic foods we asked for into the apartment. Thank you! Used Uber throughout the week, very convenient when visiting large shopping centre and also aquashow.

Cons: A large mirror in a bedroom or hallway would be useful for when getting ready at night and the 3 bathrooms are occupied or too hot from steam.

Amazing location & a spotless, spacious apartment!

Pros: Amazing location just behind the marina but in a lovely clean, complex that didn’t have any noise issues. Apartment itself is very spacious and was fully equipped. Everything was spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool area had plenty of loungers and was a lovely place to lie out also. Great to be able to walk out from the balcony right out to the pool. Stayed with a group of friends in 2 apartments and we all agreed we’d definitely come back

Cons: Nothing, we had a perfect stay, a full length mirror is my only possible suggestion.

A lovely place to stay but ensure showers are accessible when booking for a disabled person.

Pros: The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean with a great pool view. The apartment has every convenience necessary. The staff were very helpful, especially Carla ( hope I have the correct name for the lovely lady in reception who was so helpful) and David also. We hope to return next year. It is very close to the marina.

Cons: The showers in Room 006 are inaccessible for a disabled woman. I did mention my disability when booking and the apartment/hotel is described as wheelchair friendly but the showers are not accessible in this particular room. I was shown another room with an accessible shower(Room 009) but it does not have a pool view. The lovely Carla is checking out the availability of another room with a disabled shower and pool/marina view for me when we hope to return next year.

We really enjoyed the location, the facilities and the apartment and would recommend.

Pros: The apartment was really lovely, spacious and comfortable - it was a good location and the balaomy on to the pool and the lay out with doors and views out was superb.

Cons: On arrival the apartment was not ready for 5 guests and had to ask for the additionl bed and then numerous time for towels for the addiional guest. We found that there was not enough mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready. apart from this the apartment was well equipped.

Great facilities for a group of 5, with plenty of room.

Pros: Location was excellent and the poolside view was perfect.

Cons: Nothing everything was excellent.

Would definitely stay again if we are ever in this area again

Pros: Very clean, great location by the pool area and close to the Marina
