Quite quality in Quarteira

Pros: Overall excellent close to beach and pool lovely. Having seating outside benefit of ground floor apartment

Pros: First time on the Algarve so was very pleased how easy it was to both find the property and how pleasant Quinteria is as a town. The apartment is on the eastern edge of town but well located for the beach and some of the better restaurants. It is in a reasonably exclusive complex with its own private pool and tennis court. Possibility of free parking outside though there isan underground option if it gets busier. Nice outdoor area to relax and good two bedroom with two bathrooms. Good cooking facilities with a nice supermarket a 100 metres away with its own butchery and bakery.

Cons: We had a nice welcoming pack of a bottle of wine and a couple of beers and water. The toiletries were more frugal with a couple of sachets of shampoo and a toilet roll in each room. We were only there for a few days but left some bathing items and a number of rolls which may be helpful for others.

Excellent value apartment managed by ultra professional host

Pros: The host welcomed us at midnight after our delayed flight and spent a half hour showing us the facilities in the property. She was exceptionally thorough, professional and friendly. There were tennis rackets, pool toys, board games, books, DVDs, etc to keep us entertained. The location is great, about 3 minutes to the beach. The property exceeded our expectations and we were very grateful to the host for the many things she did to help us have a wonderful few days in the Algarve.

Cons: Unfortunately, there’s construction happening in the area at the moment, so it’s a little noisy.

Pros: The location of the appartment is close to the beach and a lot of restaurant in the area.

Cons: It was a lot of noisy during a day due building construction behind the appartment.
