Pros: The cleanliness, the space, decor and location were all excellent. Comfy beds and quiet at the end of the day were welcomed. Friendly and helpful staff. Felt like a home from home and I’d definitely go back.

Historical/Modern perfect blend

Pros: A very nice modern apartment with 3 bathrooms , a fully furnished kitchen and a smal terrace with view on the old roofs of Faro. Central location, at 5 minutes wal from the downtown and all the city amenities. We had some small problems but the host managed to solve them in the fastest possible time. Definitely an excellent choice !

Smart penthouse 2 level apartment in historic building.

Pros: Helpful representative who was easy to contact by Whats App. Apartment is an impressive smart conversion of an old historic building. Spacious clever design with 3 bathrooms & bonus of a small roof terrace with dining table. Location is short walk from railway/ bus station and to harbour/ city. Apartment was very clean & well presented.

Cons: Smart upmarket apartment but Martha's Place seem to have economised on equipment. We had just 2 small wine glasses (2 double bedrooms plus sofa bed on mezzanine floors means room for 5/6 guests) , no champagne flutes for pre dinner bubbles, no beer glasses. Sheets & towels are OK but again basic. Otherwise perfect accommodation & good value.

Comfortable stay on quiet street

Pros: Great location, near old town. Lovely view from upstairs terrace. Very well equipped kitchen and we appreciated the washing machine. We would stay here again.

Cons: Our unit didn't have a safe.

Wonderful stay in Faro

Pros: The pictures don’t do this place justice. Much larger in real life. Great location, clean and hosts were very responsive. Would stay here again

Cons: A bit noisey in the downstairs room due to neighbouring bar but it’s not an all night thing so didn’t impact sleep.
