Pros: The location is right in the middle of Faro, only a few minutes walk to lots of interesting shops and their lovely harbour. Great choice of restaurants and bars.
Cons: Only because we are older but the stairs up to the apartment, 3 floors, was tiring!

Highly recommend
Pros: Modern, clean and v trendy with the bonus of a balcony and in a great location.
Cons: No lift and on 3rd floor. 2nd floor we had to pass a bike with its front wheel locked out making access with a small case past it really difficult. These were an inconvenience but the apartment is superb.

Perfect holiday apartment for warm season
Pros: The apartment was very clean and pleasant, looks still quite fresh. Perfect location in the middle of old town. Very well equipped big kitchen. Cozy bedroom. We asked the owners for a normal frying pan, because the one available looked like it had been used to hammer nails. The next day we were delivered a new one. We were extremely unlucky with the weather, which was too rainy and cold for this region (and, honestly, owners are not to blame for the weather), but the air conditioners helped to heat the apartment.
Cons: Construction works nearby were sometimes too noisy. Lift didn't work. Also some necessary kitchen utensils were missing. For example, there was no salad bowl at all, no baking dish. Many people don't cook during vacation, but the weather wasn't very conducive to going outside, so we cooked a lot at home. I should also note, that wide and beautiful terrace on one of the photos is in fact a shared terrace on the upper floor, not the private one: we had only one small balkony which we also didn't use due to bad weather.

Pros: The terrace was lovely & the apartment was spacious. Modern bathroom. Convenient for the centre once you had your bearings. Good communication from owner

Pros: Accommodation was fine, clean,spacious well equipped, lovely modern bathroom and kitchen, Handy location for the Marina,
Cons: The 4th floor location, 56 steps and no lift, a long way up at 70 years old with luggage!! Far too many pillows, had to stack them on the floor 0

Great stay clean and modern apartment central location
Pros: Apartment was great central location, clean and loads of space amazing base to explore faro all within walking distance. Owner was really helpful and provided resturants to try etc
Cons: The only thing I would mention as with the building being old the lift does not work so you walk to wall 3 flights of stairs so not the best for anyone with walking issues, but the apartment itself was great.

Highly recommend, gorgeous modern property with extreme attention to detail - great property 💖
Pros: The property was amazing . The attention to detail - from the pics of icons no longer with us to the record player to the sensor lights 😍 Nelson & Jose were so professional and a dream to deal with - highly recommend , nothing was a problem !
Cons: Walking up the 3 floors ( as the lift didn’t work !)was not a problem to us but others it may not suit ! Don’t be put off by the pick on google maps of the street - it’s very safe & very central 👍🏻

We had a pleasant stay but the stairs were an issue.
Pros: The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated and adequately equipped. The location was also very good and there was a mini market directly opposite. Also plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as the historical buildings and the harbour.
Cons: There was no sea view even though it was described as having one. There were 54 stairs and no handrails. Although we knew the lift wouldn’t be working we expected at least a handrail on one side. We are both in our mid seventies and reasonably fit but the lack of handrails was for us a safety issue. Also very difficult with luggage.
